the whole system behind it is super old and pretty damn flexible IMO, although they could work on the ui for it a bit more.

really though it's made for bethesda employees to use, and they're probably used to jumping through hoops every few seconds by now.

Man I really wish I could do the imperial cult/temple quests in morrowind

The skillset for advancement is so odd, you basically need to be a full on monk, healer or mage type character in order to succeed in the questline

Also playing anything but dunmer for the temple questline feels.. strange. And dunmer make shitty mages in morrowind

If you use hand-to-hand as an actual skill, you can beat people to the ground, and if you're in water they'll begin to drown since they have no breath and can't get up. Can just run into a shallow pool of water and suddenly you've got a big upper hand in unarmed combat since you can just drown people

I like following road directions in the journal more than just following the quest arrow.

It's a very pretty game with alright combat. Easily the best looking MMO out there, closely rivalved by Guild Wars 2.
