Bah, i think it is time for me to stop playing skyrim.. I have achieved every steam acheivement, i have played the game in 300 hours on steam, and before that i had a pirated copy.. The only thing i do now is to think" what about reinstalling skyrim? that would be awesome" Then i mod it perfectly, lore friendly and super awesome graphics etc.. and when im done with modding, i start the game and just... meeeeh, this i have done before, and this.. The game got nothing more to offer me.. But i have nothing else to play..
Speedruns.
Morrowind's RNG is a pain in the ass I just got slowly killed by a cliff racer by missing all but one swing
Can I see your characters stats?
[t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/vehkrehkt.png[/t] A level 100 god is always a good opponent for your first time using a sword.
Congratulations, you beat chim.
chim
We'll be answering those same damn questions soon. Unless I can find the .gif.
We'll be answering those same damn questions soon. Unless I can find the .gif.
Or unless nexus uploads something really stupid again.
I have completed that game too a couple of times..
How about Daggerfall?
Cliffnado.
Can I see your characters stats?
[t]http://filesmelt.com/dl/charstats.png[/t] I'm a slashy casty (only casty up until recently when I figured out you had to hold the button down to swing at full power) No idea why I picked Conjuration as a major skill I never use it in MW EDIT: OH GOD MY MAGIC BOX WAS MOVED SEVERAL PIXELS OUT OF PLACE
Now here is the problem. You are using a Long Blade weapon and your Long Blade skill is 28, which is why you had so much trouble fighting cliff racers. I put my main weapon skill as a major skill and so I would start out with 40-50 in that one skill.

Also, athletics is a terrible major skill in Morrowind.

I don't care enough to reroll though. Besides, skills are a crutch for those who can't win at random.
Also, athletics is a terrible major skill in Morrowind.
But I wanna go fast
IIRC athletics only reduces the amount of fatigue you lose while running and the Speed attribute affects actual Speed.
Seriously, can I fucking borrow someone's Nexus premium account or something? These speeds are driving me insane!
IIRC athletics only reduces the amount of fatigue you lose while running and the Speed attribute affects actual Speed.
What a god damn liar that in-game description is.
Plus if you keep leveling because of athletics then you'll be like level 10 with 70 athletics and stuck with shit everything else which will be even harder to level.
Plus if you keep leveling because of athletics then you'll be like level 10 with 70 athletics and stuck with shit everything else which will be even harder to level.
I'm already level 13 because of 100 acrobatics. Doesn't matter I'm so good I can phase through solid matter
You can probably just goomba stomp your enemies then.

[del]Ok, I just got myself a game breaking bug. Ever since entering Solitude for the first time, whenever I engage someone with dialogue, I sometimes go into 3rd person mid conversation and upon exiting, locks all my controls except looking around and using the Systems Menu. I can't go 1st Person, I can't move, I can't open inventory and when I tried fixing it with 'enableplayercontrols' console command, I can unsheath my weapon and go first person, but it still locks me in place.[/del] FIXED, AGAIN: So, apparently the Sleep Animation Mod thingy was running a delayed script of me trying to sleep, but just froze me in place. Mod Config menu had a built in fix for that.
How do I do a 'fresh install' of Morrowind? Delete my data files folder and start up the game? Also is OpenMW mostly for people modding Morrowind or is it a practical game overhaul?
Where can I go for permanent storage in Morrowind? I had to leave a Daedric Dai-katana in a cave because I found a better sword and couldn't carry both.

If you're interested in playing lithe and light-running Morrowind, though, with a few more graphical accoutrements native (AA comes to mind) - why the hell not; you'd have the equivalent of an installation a few steps down from an MGE - yet hopped up; recall that MGE's brutal on the per-frame budget - installed by a stickler for the vanilla aesthetic.
How fast are you downloading at? I never even hit the free member cap.
I'm hitting 6kb/s, inexcusable.
Where can I go for permanent storage in Morrowind? I had to leave a Daedric Dai-katana in a cave because I found a better sword and couldn't carry both.
Ralen Hlaalo's body never disappears and doesn't delete any items that you put in it.
How fast are you downloading at? I never even hit the free member cap.
Its still shitty speeds compared to just about everywhere else on the internet Planet elderscrolls was so much better, they just had that stupid "LAWL YOU NEED TO REGISTER AS A PREIMUM MEMBER THING" on download pages that was fake and not actually nessicary but scared off too many people I.E. I get about 100-150kb/s on average from nexus but downloading on PES would easily get me 1.2-1.5mb/s on my current internet connection. Most other websites that I download from provide speeds easily near 500-650kb/s at least. Its really pathetic just how bad the nexus is from an infrastructure standpoint.
Do the Dwemer spinning traps in Skyrim always kill you in one hit? I'm asking because the damage seems to be extremely high and dangerous for my next DiD character.

I have a very high-level tank with all points into health and maxed out heavy armor, and while wearing a full set of maxed-out Daedric he can take a glancing hit. If he walks into it he gets shredded like a bard though. I'd say the best bet for anyone is to avoid stepping on the metal plate labeled "Dwemer Spinny-Trap™."
