I grew up in the mid/late 90s so and by the time Bionacle was even a thing I was pretty much already in middle school and stopped playing with lego in general Also I never liked bionicle because it wasn't actual legos :( [editline]29th September 2013[/editline] also was fighting a dragon, and then suddenly some silver hand show up and ruin the party :( It was kind of cool fighting along side them but they KS'd my dragon so I guess it never did its cool animation and I never got the soul :( Or I never got it because it landed in a river, could be that too. Was a realy cool fight, using that one dragon improvement mod. Not super hard, but I was in the steep vally that is between those towers east of whiterun and the road to ivarstead, so he pretty much just kept swooping in and blasting while occasionally hovering to give the whole party a blast of fire.
Any mods that pull off Morrowind style spellcrafting in Skyrim without breaking the game?
Any mods that pull off Morrowind style spellcrafting in Skyrim without breaking the game?
If it didn't break the game it wouldn't be Morrowind style
Are there any spellcrafting mods for Skyrim that break the game like Morrowind?
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33598/? Not as insane as Morrowind or Oblivion's spellmaking or as detailed, but it's pretty impressive for a Skyrim mod, I hope it can be expanded to become more like the older games.
Skyrim crashed just after an Elder Dragon and a Blood Dragon attacked Karthwasten I saved just before the fight :suicide:
If it didn't break the game it wouldn't be Morrowind style
I made an absorb 50 health in 50 feet spell. You just don't get creative options like that in skyrim :(
From what I read on the wiki, she has a scripting error that at high levels causes her to have an obscene amount of health. According to the wiki, if you're at level 50 she'll have 40,700 health rather than the intended 5,700. I commend you for actually killing her legit though, I resorted to deciding she was bugged and killing her through the console.
I'm level 50 so I guess she had 40,000 health :v:. Like I said, using my vampire mage character who has 130+ in most attributes literally had to beat her non-stop with a daedric mace for a solid 10 (no hyperbole, it was probably longer) minutes before she died. Was summoning golden saints and shit so they could join my burgeoning mournhold street gang and help me pummel the 1000 year old woman I guess if nothing else she gave a really tremendous challenge for my staggeringly overpowered character. I'm going to wear that fucking useless robe with pride
After useing the CK to make spells, I can never use that mod without finding it lacking in options. My keyboard is also broken for the same reason.
After useing the CK to make spells, I can never use that mod without finding it lacking in options. My keyboard is also broken for the same reason.
I can understand that, but at least that mod exists for people like me who's brain explodes looking at the CK.
The CK doesn't make my brain explode only my patience
it makes my brain explode because no matter what I do shit doesn't ACTUALLY WORK.
My biggest problem with CK is the scene editor [editline]30th September 2013[/editline] Hasn't been changed or updated since morrowind, what the hell man
;42346166']Oh my FUCKING god. If this total conversion is gonna get completed, I am gonna be SO. FUCKING. HYPED. Imagine a freeplay Bionicle experience. Holy shit it'd be like MNOLG 1 all over again but SUPER CHARGED
I have a shitload of parts for these guys. I'm gonna see if I can make one the way it looks like they built them, I'm surprised they look like actual builds. Now if they can add Matoran to cling to your back and give you extra power, that'll be awesome. We might actually have a legitimate use for followers then.
I just realized that someone predicted riding dragons in 2011....

I didn't really like Dragonborn because of how frustrating Solstheim was to move traverse, everything seemed to be on the other side of a mountain with no way around. It drove me nuts. That said, the amount of content in there was pretty good, the quests were decent and the narrative was fair enough. But, that last stretch... Jesus christ. Between the godawful dragon riding and the broken-seven-ways-to-sunday fight with Miraak I never want to replay that DLC under any circumstances. I don't even know what the fuck bethesda were doing when they cooked that up.
You had the unofficial patch, right
I never download those, because I never encounter any major bugs with bethesda games. Dragonborn was the first time I've ever had to pull up the console because the game simply was not progressing.

If you're going to make a game where the majority of enemies scale with your level, don't fucking make 'endgame content' DLC - new vegas got away with having recommended min levels for its DLCs because it was a more structured game; there were areas which were clearly designated as 'don't go in here until you're a badass' and the geography of the game was such that by the time you were able to reach the DLC area entrances you were already a decent level. In the elder scrolls games you're able to go anywhere and do pretty much anything right from the start, so why make the DLC hard as nails? It's not even an entertaining form of challenge either, it's just them ramping up the enemy health and making them do a ton of damage. That's not fun; that's just dumb, but I guess it's what the community wants since there's a TON of mods that disable the level scaling with the mission of creating 'endgame content' while not realizing that if you've got a game where you can do anything at any time from the word go there IS NO DEFINITION OF ENDGAME CONTENT.
Pretty sure the sick people of Nexus 'predicted' dragon riding a long time ago.
Or to be more specific, the dragon riding their plastic female characters.
I went to solstheim at about level 15, got utterly destroyed by bog standard enemies in a crypt in the starting town, said fuck it and left never to return.
And dragonborn doesn't even start until you're level 10, well done beth
Don't you have to complete the main quest before you can start it?
Don't you have to complete the main quest before you can start it?
Main quest up to being dragonborn, so 2 quests and level 10.

They fix things that you might not even notice that need fixing.
only bug I had in dragonborn was when I had deadly dragons installed, and when id try to ride the dragon, my guy would just float in midair and I couldnt do anything
I had a bug with Dragonborn where Miraak would get locked up in his boss fight because all my attacks one shot him before he could go into his regen mode. I had to fight him hand to hand so the scripts could keep up.
Dragonborns main quest sucked and Miraak is an annoying little bitch Like you just want to be left alone and he just teleports around all the time talking in his Tommy Wiseau voice "ha ha ha i will defit you dragoneborn, come face me if you have tha courage" [editline]30th September 2013[/editline] Solthsiem and the morrowind vibe is cool though so it's a worthwhile dlc
You really, really should. They fix things that you might not even notice that need fixing.
It's never been enough of an issue that when installing mods I think "Ooh! I need the unofficial patch!". The way I see it, if I don't notice it, it doesn't need fixing. The shit I do notice is so rare that I can normally console-command my way out of it.

I never actualy did the knights of the Nine. I've never played a pious or benevolent character during Tes
That's great but Pelinal was a genocidal racial purist. KotN just sucked on its own.
