That character creation is looking pretty solid. Won't touch the game still because of the monthly subscription. GW2 payment model or go home

I wouldn't mind the subscription if the game were actually good, but I can say that after being in every beta they've hosted so far the game has hardly improved gameplay wise. it's very shallow, unrewarding, and generally boring. it might be fine for some people, but if I had never touched the beta and played it normally it wouldn't last a week with me.

You basically never get your money worth with subscriptions, especially for something like a TES MMO of all things. You can rack up an easy 1000+ hours on any of the TES games that cost 60- dollars. If you were paying a monthly subscription for a year at like 14 bucks a month, you'd basically be be paying like 160 dollars for a glorified game rental. They should have just retailed it at like 70 dollars for unlimited server time and just called it a day, they probably would sell a lot more copies than they ever would with subscriptions.

Has anyone here used the Destroy The Thieves Guild mod? I want to use it but I'm not sure it'll work, as I've already started Taking Care of Business.

They should have just retailed it at like 70 dollars for unlimited server time and just called it a day, they probably would sell a lot more copies than they ever would with subscriptions.[/QUOTE] not saying I don't agree, because I definitely agree, but I can also sometimes see (depending on the game) the importance of a subscription fee to be able to continue service. however I absolutely do not agree at all with Zenimax's decision to not only make this have a subscription fee, but also a one time purchase of $60 AND microtransactions in the form of a shop. that's the most blatant fuck you to potential customers I've ever seen, and if they think that's going to be a viable model then I can only assume they're all fucking crazy. like for fucks sake how are you going to make people pay full price, and then expect them to pay $15 a month, and hope that people will still buy things from a microshop? that's just one of the many things that make me despise ESO.

There's always mods to have better character creation for Skyrim and etc, but it would've been best to have this as vanilla.

Ok so another image dump, I would put captions on them as they all have really interesting tales but there is way too many as it is and they take up a lot of room. Bear with me if you have no interest in this as I won't make another post this large. The other ones were more snow environment focused, so I traveled the reach area and did interiors for this one. Some do lack subjects as I am just trying to show off the terrain improvements so sorry for varying levels of interest in each. Also I installed a few more mods, but one of them is causing CTDs which is keeping me from posting the list until I find which one (out of 8) it is.
