Yup, I'm an idiot. Forgot to disable the stacks there, so I thought they were in the ground.
I'll definitely be doing a quick patch to fix that, and some other things too.
I'll be making a quick patch for RLO (Version will update to 4.0.8.01)
WEATHERS: Increased Nighteye Effectiveness
SOLITUDE EXTERIORS: Fixed 2 floating street lights at the beginning
If anyone has found bugs, please let me know. I will wait until Wednesday before updating the main files.

Wrong colour 0/10
I have a quick question about the creation kit, and I just started messing with it a few days ago so I am pretty new at this and I could use a tiny bit of help.
So I am remaking the Mace of Doom from Oblivion and I have all of the effects right, but when I tried to add burning damage over time it actually heals the enemies, not hurt them. From what I can tell the initial fire enchant damage is working fine, just not when I try to add a duration. Does anyone have an idea about what I might be doing wrong?
Edit: Fixed thanks!
Started to grind for level 100 enchanting, cause I need it for Undeath.
I hope Warmaiden's finds a way to sell the 100 Enchanted Iron Daggers I cranked out.
What does it even mean when everything shakes and flings dust everywhere and nothing's around to hear it? Not a dragon, nothing's flying. (Skyrim)
Wrong colour 0/10
IT'S NEVER THE WRONG COLOR. Unless you're a Dunmer. Then everything's the wrong color. Unless you like ash grey.

It is so great, it crashes the game.
Reminds me of his blood, which randomly clogs up and creates wounds on its own for some reason.
His appendix was supposed to have a function, but that was cut.
Are there any specific ways to improve loading times? When I go into a small building the game will load for like, a solid 2 minutes, and stop responding while it does, so if I click during the loading screen it'll crash.
is there a mod that adds a lot of random NPCs to cities? they don't have to be that interactive, just so it feels more life-like.

there's something really wrong with my requiem, i think.
ralof and I have been attacking the frostbite spiders in the first level for minutes and not even a small one has died.

On console or PC? Might be a mod problem if talking about Skyrim on PC.

I'm pretty sure there is one, called Inconsequential NPCs or something like that.

Make sure your mods are properly installed and cleaned. I have started from scatch after many attempts to get a stable game, drudging through many guides to get a nice balance. Also I installed the game on my SSD, I don't get to read the first two words on the loading screen tips.

It saw a dragon and made like an ostrich.

Anything that adds to the memory of loading a cell will increase loading times, and if it goes over the liimit you often get stuck at infinite load screens after playing the game for a while.
As nice as it is, avoid installing every mesh and texture improvement mod under the sun even if you get good performance running it. The game engine litterally can't handle it (though an SSD helps loads with this).
I.E. I found myself having TONS of issues with SkyrimHD 2k textures on top of installing the full suite of static mesh improvent mod. Including crashes. Removing SMM except the most basic module required to run Project Paralax was enough to fix load times and crashing.
I still get issues after a while though. If I've been playing for an hour or two and approach whiterun I often crash or get infinite load times as the game memory is so full to the brim from stuff loaded in while I was playing and whiterun is a pretty memeory intensive area with the mods I have installed.
Try an make a point to only play with slightly improved texture resolutions if you play with a lot of mods, or avoid mods entirely that increase texture or model resolution. Each mod adds some kind of memory footprint, especially if it involves lots of textures/meshes added to the area you are in, is script intensive, etc. So running 1K textures and passing on mods like SMM while you play with a heavily moddded or "memory intensive" game helps a lot with long load times, infinite load screen bug, crashing after playing a while, etc.

Out of interest what are your specs?
While I do find it annoying playing with mods that makes nights almost pitch-black, I do find the thrill of it kind of fun.
Having an enemy suddenly pop out of nowhere in the forest or bumping into an enemy you didn't see while sneaking (who would most likely instantly decapitate me because I only have 65 health and fur armor) increases tension of the game. I even fought a dragon in the dark, which usually went from everything lighting up on fire to me suddenly loosing track of it in the dark.
I get this just by not wearing glasses
Flame Thralls help a lot with that
Out of interest what are your specs?
560ti 1gb, OC'd
i5 2500k 3.0gz
8GB memory
This is an issue with the game more than it is with specs. Skyrim is (stupidly) 32bit which means it literally can't use more than 2-3 or so GB of memory reguardless of what your specs are, which means after a certain point you'll get lots of long load times, infinite load times and sometimes crashes
[editline]23rd October 2013[/editline]
I do have a ton of other mods though. A handful of script extensive ones, vurts floral overhaul, a mod that adds stuff to whiterun inside and out, etc.

Nobody seems to actually die in Requiem, this wolf and mudcrab have been trying to kill each other for minutes and im just sitting here farming bow skills.
edit: also i can't open the mod config menu, its just blank for that mod
A while ago, probably a hundred pages back or so, someone posted a link to a batch file to remove unused files from the data folder. Does anybody have a link to that? I've been sifting for a while now and I can't find it. Maybe I'm just crazy and something like that is too good to be true.
