Did Bethesda ever make a statement regarding horses in Skyrim? There's practically useless beyond scaling mountains, and I find it hard to believe that their ability to traverse 85 degree vertical climbs went unnoticed during their QA. Well, if they had QA. I guess the existence of actual testers is somewhat debatable.
I don't know about you but I find their ability to scale mountains to be extremely useful in and of itself.
When looking for a video of a mod always type in Gopher after the mod. It'll make your soul less angry.
"morrowind-ish" style ebony armor for muh M&B mod, can't get an ingame shot just yet so it's an Opengl preview [t]http://i.cubeupload.com/F4gjRL.jpg[/t]
Oh my god Jaree-Ra is attacking me what the christ literally load load up my game and he tries to fucking gank me with his tiny ass dagger. The fucking guards aren't doing shit either.

The outside road patrol's just fine and talks like normal. And a second question, is it even remotely plausible to go as the generic fisticuffs monk? Found monk robes in a shop, mage hood clashes making it ugly with said robes, and that would go good with that unarmed gauntlet damage boost perk.
Go to Oscar and request absolution. [editline]15th November 2013[/editline] o, i mean click on him through console and type "setav aggression 0"
That did nothing. Might as well kill him, seeing as how I'll never do his quest.

If you're in robes you'll get decimated
I started a new game, only mods being Another Life. Started as a vampire. Not sure what to specialize in. I was thinking of being a battle mage.
Spec into stealth and Illusion. Vampires get a massive bonus to stealth and magic in general, and stealth and illusion play off each other in incredible ways. If you plan on really seeing this guy through to the end then spec into Conjuration, then confuse everyone and summon a pair of Dremora to tear them apart while they have no idea what's going on or who's doing this.
Hey, can anyone recommend me some quest mods? I always prefer having more stuff to do in the game instead of "hey look new armor yay?"
Any good animation replacements out there? Weapons, walking Etc.
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/45970/? Enchanced Animation makes some very good changes while staying realistic.
http://www.tesgeneral.com/#!quests/cv6f

Q: Why isin't Falskaar in the guide? A: We don't recommend Falskaar because it's generic and poorly made (though very large)
Ouch. I'd love to see whoever wrote that do better.
Hey, can anyone recommend me some quest mods? I always prefer having more stuff to do in the game instead of "hey look new armor yay?"
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8429/? Intresting NPC's adds about 42 quests to Skyrim's landscape including the blood of kings questline which is made up of 7 quest's. Most of them can be a bit hard to find without a guide however.
Ouch. I'd love to see whoever wrote that do better.
The whole "Let's see if you can do better" isn't really a good argument. Don't need to be a chef to know the food tastes like shit, etc.
Whenever I get hit by an arrow, about 30% of the time my stamina gets turned to NaN and I'm stuck moving really slow, forcing myself to reload. How can I fix this?
The whole "Let's see if you can do better" isn't really a good argument. Don't need to be a chef to know the food tastes like shit, etc.
True. But you would usually be a bit more humble in your criticism. The right to be a dick about it is earned, not freely given. See Gordon Ramsay vs anybody in Beverly Hills for real life examples.
Criticising something is not being a dick. Some people are just pretty sensitive and take any negative feedback as an insult and perhaps even feel persecuted through generalising people's reactions into two simple opposites: you either love it or you hate it.

See Gordon Ramsay vs anybody in Beverly Hills for real life examples.
If they were a dick about it, they would probably make fun of it, not just say is was "generic and poorly made" Which personally, I hold that their statement rings true. Feels like a Mini-Skyrim without snow, and less content per area of land.

Since you mentioned Falskaar.. While the voice acting is better than average quest mod, some VAs though.. Let's just say Jarl Agnar's voice is a fucking joke. But overall it fits Skyrim very well and it's not very boring, plus keep in mind that most work was done by one guy. Summary: I'd say that statement is partially true. It is generic, but I wouldn't say it's poorly made. Now I'm wondering what quest mods would those guys recomme..
Moonpath to Elsweyr Probably one of the coolest and most unique quest mods out there.
Okay, disregard what I said, those guys are full retards.
Okay, disregard what I said, those guys are full retards.
I've been thinking of trying Moonpath to Elseweyr, what's so bad about it?

I'm not asking that he break into song and dance about how fantastic the work is, but why even mention it in the FAQ? He's poking the bear just for the sake of waking it.
Okay, disregard what I said, those guys are full retards.
How about reading the entire description:
Probably one of the coolest and most unique quest mods out there. The only downside is that the locations are very linear, it's pretty short, and the quests are boring. It looks cool though, right?
They might as well include it in the guide, but add a footnote about it not being that good.
idk if this was already posted. good lord

I mean its cool and all considering the work that went into it and that I'm pretty sure it was done by a kid still in high school, but its not really that great of a quest mod over all. But it's not bad which is pretty cool considering almost everything I made still in high school sucked a ton.
I've been thinking of trying Moonpath to Elseweyr, what's so bad about it?
It's a putrid piece of garbage made by schoolkids. Did I said something bad about Falskaar voice acting? It's godly compared to Moonpath to Elsweyr. The person who did all the text needs his hands ripped off and shoved up his asshole. Questline is very short and horribly made. The locations are linear and because of the questline you have to keep running through them constantly, which is boring. There's some balance problems. Like you get a new home with a lot of expensive stuff for free. Plus, there's a lot of bugs, for some quests you have to use the console. One good thing about it is graphics. Looks good.. sometimes.
