Oh no you're breaking the NDA how could you! Also lol that email.
You can do that with Cheat Engine during the character select screen.
I played the beta today and quit as soon as I got to the island.
It needs A LOT more development time if it's going to be asking for a monthly charge, as of right now I wouldn't play it even if it was F2P.
Well it doesn't have a release date yet. Sometime next year I think was the current estimate.

Woooooooooooooooooooooooow
Jesus some of you being way too critical about this.
Considering the time for release is not exactly soon, there is still plenty of time to add and fix things.
I heard that ESO has Stros M'kai. Is it anything like how it is in Redguard?

It's possible. However in my general experience, if a game has major problems in beta it'll still have the same major problems on release. This is in no small part due to the current trend amongst developers to use beta less as a testing ground and more like a marketing tool (or, in some cases, being able to open a cash shop while the game is still unfinished).
Man this game is boring.

I've never played Redguard, but the map has the same basic layout as the map on the UESP wiki.
The game really just doesn't feel like an Elder Scrolls game to me.
My issues are:
1.) Everything in the lootable objects are always gone because somebody else showed up before you and the respawn timer hasn't hit yet
2.) Very little of anything is lootable anyway, can't even look most animals because they only sometimes have loot
3.) Seriously, why can't I loot dead bodies I kill? I need some new pants.
4.) I haven't really tested it, since I haven't run into any real mountains I need to climb, but I think they broke the ability to climb by spamming space while moving back and forth hoping you find a ever-so-small ledge.
5.) No daggers like wtf
6.) They try and continue the "YOU START IN JAIL" theme of the Elder Scrolls games, but instead of actually being in a prison, you're in some fucked-up prison world because you got [sp]sacrificed to Molag Bal,[/sp] and I find it wrong not starting in Tamriel.
But those are all my personal complaints.

They have a lot of shit to fix.
lol There are valid complaints to be had but those are all kinda stupid ones tbh
They're not stupid ones imo but definitely don't ruin the game - in combination with a lot of other faults that may or may not be there it can though.

There are daggers...?
I am using one right now.
The "not being able to spam jump to ascend mountains" wasn't a good thing in any bethesda game and i'm glad its gone
though yes, the lack of loot is driving me nuts
I think it's about time someone makes an Elder Scrolls Online thread.
Any volunteers?
i have to say, this is the only thing i've seen so far that's made me laugh.

though it didn't make me laugh as hard as this idiot on kingdoms rise last night who kept calling everyone who killed him a hacker and kept asking on how to play the game, holy shit i was almost crying at that.
i feel like it's ok, i wouldn't pay a sub for it but if it was a one-time purchase with a purely cosmetic MT store like GW2 i'd probably end up buying it
i feel like a lot of people are nitpicking because they want to nitpick, not because there are many valid complaints about the game.
It plays a lot like an Elder Scrolls game which I'm totally digging, and it's doing a p. good job at representing the different areas. Stros M'kai is really pretty and im only at the area right off the boat
it'll shape up to be a good game from the looks of it, but you need patience. I mean fuck, they have text to speech placeholders for quite a few npcs, it's not nearly ready for critical examination

honestly the ability to move practically however you want by spamming jump gets me much more immersed in the elder scrolls series, vs one like the witcher where your movement feels so much more restricted
i have a beta key but i'm definitely not going to be able to play it; does anyone here want it?

I would gladly take it.
but it seems like Bethesda has hired some BS marketeers, the type of people that claim "online is the future" and "if we don't make an MMO now we'll be extinct in 10 years"
Offtopic, but I had my first exposure to marketing people in school the other week in the context of game design. They came into our spare Maya/3DSMax workstation lab to use Microsoft Office/Wordpad, talked loudly about drinking/parties, evidently they wound up leaving tonnes of garbage and shit in the room, then the school promptly locked the lab during daylight hours and set access to only allow media student cards into the room in order to prevent the marketing students from coming in again :v:
I hope zenimax enjoy eating their words about how teso was designed as a premium experience 6 months past launch when they have to go f2p to keep the game going.

I wouldn't mind it being f2p to be honest.

an animation not related to ESO

Its going to be. I guarantee it

So I have come to the conclusion that TESO is very GPU intensive. I have never had that temp before.

Holy shit man put that thing on ice!
this game is bad
Holy shit man put that thing on ice!
As soon as I exited TESO the temp instantly dropped to 50 and then to around 35.
I feel as though this game is somewhat already 6 feet in the hole. I know the loudest voice heard isn't always the majority, but when you have reddit, neogaf, Somethingawful, and some of FP tearing the piss out of ESO, it seems they've already lost their niche market of die hard fans that might have been willing to throw all kinds of money at them.
so many people complaining about how bad ESO is and I'm just over here trying to get a beta key so I too can complain about how bad ESO is
