Reinstalled Skyrim myself. Started grabbing mods I could remember off the top of my head only to find all sorts of interesting stuff that's come out during the year. Now I don't know which graphic overhauls/mods to go for that won't shoot my framerate.
I commonly use STEP. It can take a while to set up, but it's definitely worth it, and it doesn't kill your framerate.
The ESO survey is out. I recommend putting negative things on there so they can fix everything
I recommend answering with complete honesty. Tell them exactly what is good and what needs work. There's no point in spamming negative things, that doesn't help anyone.
Skyrim needs a mod to end all mods, A mod to add Liberty Prime, to destroy the Empire, Stormcloaks and those commie Thalmor and install democracy!
Skyrim needs a mod to end all mods, A mod to add Liberty Prime, to destroy the Empire, Stormcloaks and those commie Thalmor and install democracy!
just add an oil mod
Skyrim needs a mod to end all mods, A mod to add Liberty Prime, to destroy the Empire, Stormcloaks and those commie Thalmor and install democracy!
I assumed that this is what the High King mod did. You get a third option in the Civil War that gives you a series of quests that make you fight both Tullius and Ulfric and become the High King of Skyrim. Sadly, this is not the case. You just need to kill one, get the support of the other, and the support of forty other people across Skyrim. So I just used AAIsHighKing to cheat my way there because I'm a lazy little bastard.
I want to do a run of Skyrim were I do the main quest line, but I'll kill every non essential NPC I can, using calming spells as needed. And I'll remove the essential status from any one I'm done using. That way I'll be saving the lives of no one, and I can raise an army of dead civilians to march in on Windhelm and Solitude. Fuck the Empire, fuck the Stormcloaks, the Lich King has arrived!
Is there a mod anywhere that adds multiple races into the Imperial Army? Why shouldn't elves be among the ranks?
I think I would actually play skyrim again if there was a mod so I could kill someone, then raise them as an undead minion, then they would follow me indefinately like a follower until they died. [editline]25th November 2013[/editline] with no limit to zombie minions
Is there a mod anywhere that adds multiple races into the Imperial Army? Why shouldn't elves be among the ranks?
Because elves are either not part of the empire anymore (dunmer) or are in the aldmeri dominion. If anything there should probably be some wood elves and khajiits among the thalmor ranks Also there's an altmer imperial legion commander in Riften I think so they aren't entirely absent

[editline]25th November 2013[/editline] with no limit to zombie minions
Corpse Preparation But it does have a limit on the amount of undead minions you can have following you at once, for balance reasons. Undeath synergises very well with it.
Is there a mod anywhere that adds multiple races into the Imperial Army? Though I've always been curious, are there wood elves and dark elves in the aldmeri dominion? They seem pretty exclusively high elves
Corpse Preparation But it does have a limit on the amount of undead minions you can have following you at once, for balance reasons. Undeath synergises very well with it.
What is the limit, and can I remove the limit?

Wood elves love the altmer and they are members, but if I recall correctly they aren't frontline troops.

Although, I would guess Dunmer are more pissed off at the Argonians more than anything else.
Spoiler: [sp]Turns out the island is actually a devious insanity prison made by Mehrunes Dagon: the daedric prince of insanity[/sp]
[sp]Mehrunes Dagon isn't the prince of insanity, learn your lore scrub[/sp]
Is it not a joke? At least i hope that it was a joke...
What is the limit, and can I remove the limit?
3, I think. And I guess if you were adept at the construction set you could, yes. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35378/? Read all about it here. Undeath is a mod that adds the ability to become a Lich, so you can look that up as well.

So I just found out that you can kill Elenwen after completing the main quest. Yeeeeeeeeeesssssssss.
Would anyone happen to know if there's a precedent in TES for time travel? There's the whole "looking through time" spiel Skyrim had going on, but I'm thinking about actual time travel.
It's possible. Alduin did it. [editline]25th November 2013[/editline] Hell you could do anything really considering an elder scroll is basically a "it's magic I ain't gotta explain shit" for writers
[sp]Mehrunes Dagon isn't the prince of insanity, learn your lore scrub[/sp]
Pretty sure it's a joke about how Molag Bal was called the prince of plots in one of the teso videos.
So I just found out that you can kill Elenwen after completing the main quest. Yeeeeeeeeeesssssssss.
Where is she? In the embassy or somewhere else?
The aldmeri dominion is pretty much high elves going nazi on everyone else.
Heil Hitmer
Khajiit and wood elves were tricked to join or turned into slaves for the Thalmor. I don't know about Dunmer, they seem pretty neutral. [editline]25th November 2013[/editline] Hell you could do anything really considering an elder scroll is basically a "it's magic I ain't gotta explain shit" for writers
Yeah, but I'm not really a fan of Elder Scrolls being used as an excuse to make shit work. I guess, though, the Dragonborn is fundamentally attuned to Akatosh. I guess such a person acquiring CHIM/mantling Akatosh could go full "fuck time YOLO".
I commonly use STEP. I was hoping to keep it relatively simple but when it comes to modding any sort of Bethesda game I guess not.
So I just found out that you can kill Elenwen after completing the main quest. Yeeeeeeeeeesssssssss.
well I know what I'm doing when I get home from work
