how do I make oblivion look moderately to extremely less shitty? I'll be able to run anything but basically, I've got vanilla + all DLC something not stupid complicated to install, works, and most of all, makes it real nice to see things from a distance. Nothing complex not that it looks THAT bad... just... If you want to see how Morroblivion looks like (it's the same as in normal Oblivion), see this post of mine. If you want me to upload the ENB presets, I'll gladly do so. They also work perfectly in Fallout 3 and probably also Fallout New Vegas.
Gotta love that random magic duel challenger, screaming cheater because I'm using a bound weapon while he's using a dagger with poison.
I paid the 500 gold to hire the mercenary in markarth. I immediately told him to wait, and handed him all my loot from the dwemer city while I wait for the vendors to restock on gold.
Rule #1 of TES: Never, under any circumstances, talk shit about Jiub.
Why does the name Jiub sound like a brand of gummies
Why does the name Jiub sound like a brand of gummies
sounds like a telly tubby to me
Don't have him wait too long or he'll leave your service.
I know. I finished going through the ruins so I had him follow me to other cities while I unloaded all of my shit on vendors. Then I fired him.
Oh this is what I was thinking of when I thought of Jiub
Quick question: SkyRe or Requiem ?
The creation kit is crashing roughly every 15 minutes even when I'm just alt tabbed reading something, does anybody else have this problem? Like the crashing is not tied in any way to what I'm doing, it just crashes while it's sitting there
Quick question: SkyRe or Requiem ?
Both at the same time! Skyre if you want mortality, Requiem if you want mortality and total inability to further mod the game.
So anyone know of any good Oblivion companion mods? I tried Vilja for skyrim and hated it so im not so sure about Vilja for Oblivion.
Where is that site that had the chart comparing NMM, Mod organiser, Workshop, manual install, etc. ?

I remember people got really mad at the original.
Holy shit go home nexus you're drunk
I don't have a problem with the concept but some of them look a little unnatural
So anyone know of any good Oblivion companion mods? I tried Vilja for skyrim and hated it so im not so sure about Vilja for Oblivion.
Ruined Tail's Tale, although that's more of a quest mod.
I'm trying to find Sam Guevenne, partly for the staff, partly just for completion's sake, partly because he inadvertently caused Markarth to get flipped upside down and lose both its ruling family and leader of the Forsworn. I fast travel to the closest point to Ivarstead that I have, and holy shit, a dragon! I try to get a giant to fight the dragon, but it's more concerned with protecting some bee hives. I see some arrows being shot at the dragon from the distance, and head towards the source so we can fight together. There's a fully armored Imperial Legate, standing in the middle of nowhere. After we kill the dragon, he goes back to wandering around doing nothing. In the middle of nowhere. I head to Ivarstead, and a farmer tells me to get his goat back from a giant. I'm trying to find that goat, and I see someone in the distance. And there's a sabre cat heading towards them! Hold on, I'll save you! After a few fireballs, the cat is dead. Traveler saved! But then I notice that they don't seem like just any traveler. They run at me, daggers ready, and yell "Give me all of your valuables or I'll kill you!" At which point they run the fuck away as fast as humanly possible. They haven't even taken anything from me. They just finished their words and then sprinted away. Confused, I run after them. At some point along the path they're running down, two more travelers are fighting a wolf. One fireball later, they're saved! Now back to the thief. They stop me, however. "Hello there! Want some beer? Wait a second, you've never had Honingbrew mead before? You absolutely must! Here, have some." The "thief" is now roughly half a mile away. These two revelers are partying at a random fork in the road. That legate is probably giving paperwork to the bee giant. I'm trying to find a goat due to Hangover pt 5: Skyrim, and I've just been given more beer by random strangers. And it only now hits me that the people of Skyrim might have a drinking problem.
I don't have a problem with the concept but some of them look a little unnatural
Agree. The chest piece needs to be slightly bulkier. I'm not saying add giant tits in leather bikinis but it makes their torsos look really tiny compared to the rest of them.
Holy shit go home nexus you're drunk
What am I on Am I really seeing this groovy
now I'm talking to some shut-in lady at the Ivarstead inn she's telling me about how she's cursed "I was traveling near Helgen, but there was a sudden snowstorm. I saw something black crouched further down the road. It was a lady in a black cloak, holding a small child." and right as she starts telling this part, I hear some mystic flute music start playing so add "eavesdropping bards" to the list I don't care which list just add them to it
Hey I just talked to her. I killed that Khajiit Thalmor informant who was after her.
Agree. The chest piece needs to be slightly bulkier. I already own Skyrim for PC, but none of the DLC's, and it's not currently installed anyway. This weekend I bought the Anthology on impulse, and figured that, aside from the rest of the games, it would be cool to have Skyrim's DLC's. So when I put the disk in, it installed as usual, except it didn't count as a 2nd copy--it just installed and highlighted my current copy of Skyrim. So right now, I have no idea of weather or not the DLC's actually installed. Is it possible that it assumed I didn't own them? When I look under the data files listing, it's blank. Does that mean I didn't get any of the DLC's? ~SOLVED~
