As far as I can tell, the Elves and Orcs are the only race groups with diverse shouts. [editline]7th December 2013[/editline] Dammit ninja'd.

I think perks would have been better if they had been allowed in tiers. In Oblivion, when you got to a certain level, you got new moves or abilities that made you more powerful. I think something like this, except when it happens, you get five or six perks that you can choose from, some of which are one-time picks (like lockpicks have a smaller breakage chance, or sprinting uses less stamina), and some that would scale with your level (like a perk that makes your skill with a bow have a larger affect on its damage or accuracy). It would add a bit to the replay value of the game, since the player would pick from a set of perks that won't show up in the next tier. Every tier would have more powerful perks than the last so that late-game characters would be able to access cool combat moves or magic abilities and shit, while characters with skills in the ~25 range would just have access to slight upgrades and improvements.

Although it is nice playing though the vanilla game and then seeing how much better it is with mods. Oh and about the big bottom mod... ...I like big butts and I cannot lie.
