Interesting. I was expecting you to be twitching on the ground with your lungs full of holy water by now.
Maybe I should try this, it seems to have a positive mental effect, as opposed to what I was expecting.

not actually
Your interior looks bleak and fuzzy, completely ignoring the fact you're standing next to an open fire.
Just some smouldering coals with a couple of small flames emerging from it, I fucked with my brightness as well to show the room off a tad.. dunno why.
This place is huge though, I really recommend it!

I want to replay skyrim with the new DLCs and a more morrowind feel, i.e. harder enemies, no level scaling, stuff like that. I was thinking of getting Requiem overhaul, but was wondering if it's good and if there are any other gameplay changers I should get.
If you just want the level scaling removed there are mods that do that and only that.
If you really want a straight-up unfair experience go for SkyRe or Requiem.
Anyone know what could be causing my sky to turn black when I open my map?

Skyre isn't even hard.
If you activate the combat plugins skyRe becomes retarded because everything one-hits you.

Are you sure you're not just using really weak armor with low health, because if you set the difficulty to master/legendary that'll happen in the base game too
I remember trying SkyRe once and even the bandits in Embershard mine will kill you in two hits.
I play on Expert, vanilla is just laughably easy, whilst SkyRe makes me die, but they're fair deaths. Generally I get surrounded by enemies when I die. Timing your blocks is super useful. I play as a light armor Spellsword, so I have the advantage of mobility and ranged attacks along with my melee. In vanilla I wouldn't even need to think about most enemies, but now I do.
Unrelated, I'm glad Dragonborn makes Hermaeus More look proper.
I've never really seen skyrim has anything close to a hardcore experience, if I want a tough game I'd go play morrowind or even daggerfall.
I just play skyrim for the roleplaying and the pretty landscapes with ENB.

I really wish the series had stayed on its original lovecraftian tracks. The deadric quests are by far the best parts about the game, because they really range from completely deranged to absurdly creepy and they show Bethesda still has some creativity.
Daedric and mystery quests (the butcher in Skyrim, the stolen painting in Oblivion) really are the best things about the games. Shame they are drowned in a sea of shitty uninspired quests that don't bring anything, and even more soulless dungeons.
All Bethesda had to do was to look at the Oblivion modding community, pick the best quest modders and hire them to shit out interesting dungeons with virtually unlimited resources.
skyrim with stuff like realistic needs and stuff make it a ton harder.
But it doesn't make the fights harder it just changes how much stam regen and health you go into fights with.
go into a fight starving, thirsty tired you won't be coming out.
(or in the case with all these LL mods, just get raped endlessly :v:)

I currently run SkyRe with ASIS and Duel Combat Realism.
"ARE YOU FUCKING SORRY!?" - Every bandit I encounter.

Frostfall is the best and worst for that, because when you get attacked by bandits everyone is freezing to death and it's pretty much just a stare fight until someone drops dead from the cold.
Are there any mods that allow you to rent out the home you own, but don't use?
Skyrim btw
Has anyone been able to register or download from the nexus this past week?Ive been trying to register there but i cant get a registration email, nor login with my other account.

The Skyrim is braindead right now, don't even bother.
can somebody help me out, or point me to somewhere where i might be able to get some help? back in '11, i acquired Skyrim through less than reputable means. i was able to play it with complete stability; no crashes, settings maxed with 30-60fps, no game breaking bugs. an all around perfect experience. but when I got to the college, a weird whirling sound started emitting from my speakers. shortly after that, my psu fried, and my motherboard along with it. My specs from that time, or what i remember anyways:
3GB of generic RAM
Ati Radeon HD 5700 (had only 512mb)
Generic 300mb HDD
AMD Phenom I Quad Core (can't even remember which model, OC'd to around 2.8Ghz)
Gigabyte Mobo (can't remember model for this either)
Windows 7 32-bit
since then, I hadn't played Skyrim for the longest time. Iit took me a few months to get a new working rig with the following specs:
4GB G.Skill DDR3 1333 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 5850 1GB
1TB 7200rpm HDD
AMD Phenom II X4 925 Deneb 2.8GHz
ASUS M4A88T-M Mobo
Windows 8 32-bit
now, i own the game on steam, and the game is very much unplayable due to CTD's. they're usually completely random, but they often happen when approaching towns or holds, or after a loading screen. I often get a missing texture issue as well. I've tried a variety fixes, and the only ones yielding any positive results were the "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072" cmd line fix, and putting all the game settings to low. both of which, I can't really consider as fixes. The cmd line causes Windows to act wacky after a while, and Skyrim will still crash at times. Setting to low allows me to play for like 10 minutes, but it will crash after this time is over. Not to mention, the game looks like a 3D Clayfighter rpg.
i can't think of a single reason as to why this is happening. all of my settings are superior to what they were when i first started playing the game, and now the game is so unstable, it's damn near unplayable. i've even gone so far as to do a clean OS install, and it changed absolutely nothing in terms of Skyrim. anybody know what's going on?
Exposure is locked while in combat by default.
And I am pretty sure the npcs dont have exposure applied to them, as half of the forsworn would be dead in their camps because the rain in all areas gives you hypothermia eventually and they wear those strands of light armor that don't give any protection.
I want to replay skyrim with the new DLCs and a more morrowind feel, i.e. harder enemies, no level scaling, stuff like that. I was thinking of getting Requiem overhaul, but was wondering if it's good and if there are any other gameplay changers I should get.
Morrowloot, of course.
Just a question about Requiem, what is the "Mass Effect" addon thing in the downloads? Also, how does it deal with leveled loot such as the thieves guild rewards?
Also through out any combat mods I have installed, bow paladins are the most over powered fucking thing in every single one of them.
Stone: atronach
Race: Imperial (bonuses in heavy armor and restoration)
Basically wear heavy armor and use a bow. Once they close the distance switch to restoration and destruction. Smithing as a secondary skill to improve armors and bows later on.
You pretty much are a walking dwarven ballista, deal a shit ton of damage from far away to the melee enemies, ignore the mages and watch as they regen your mana so you can constantly spam restoration and destruction when the melee guys finally reach you.
I took out the karthspire camp at level 2 using worn iron armor and a forsworn bow, it is just ridiculous if youre comfortable with how the game works.
Alright how does this load order look for "I wish this was Morrowind" Skyrim?

If you want the game to be more like morrowind/oblivion, I'd recommend third era attributes and character creation overhaul over any skill overhaul mods. Best part is that it's pretty much compatible with anything.

I'm afraid it'll conflict with requiem, plus I'm fine with the character creation of original skyrim.

I think I'll include this too, hopefully they aren't too strong.
I should make a bashed patch too right?
