If i could just manage to put skyrim long enough to play Morrowind and Oblivion. The legends say that they're actually good. Damn you Skyrim! release me!

Anyone else do this?
The fact that I've been playing this character since February 2012, and have only now run out of crap to do is a testament to something [sp]probably just my tolerance for tedium[/sp]
Lots of people do this... it was pretty much expected in the old gold-box D&D games and the later Bioware/Black Isle games also made an ingame journal that YOU could personally write available.
But for skyrim? Probably not.

Upload it to dropbox or something
I really, really want to read that.

Why haven't you written one yet?

Have fun; I'm happy to be criticised on my writing.

because it'd end up like this.

Joking aside, i have never played this game for a long time as one character.
i've defeated alduin a total of [1] time(s). and that was so long ago, and with a redguard, and doing just the main quest

If you got a good mic, narrate it as a sort of story miniseries and post it on YT. Would be really cool.

Worth thinking about, though I'm not sure how well i could pull off the "Two hundred year old vampire" voice.

Strange, I'd expect it to be something between the journal of a criminal sex offender that kidnaps children, Karma Sutra and the journal of the owner of a Nazi concentration camp.

I love writing, and up until a few years ago i used to write all kinds of fan-fiction and junk.
but nobody would want to read my character's story especially if he's a "criminal sex offender that kidnaps children, and owns a Nazi concentration camp." [SUB][SUB][SUB][sp]WOULD THEY? BECAUSE THAT'S TOTALLY HOW I WOULD WRITE IT.[/sp][/SUB][/SUB][/SUB]
This game looks a lot better now that I finally bothered getting a hdmi cable
I always want to play a character for a long time, but then I think of a new character I want to make or new mods I want to add, and then I ned up starting a new character and deleting my old saves.
Egh, for some reason whenever my character is sick the NPCs in Morrowind just say "You seem a bit sickly, you're not broken are you?"
I assume it's some kind of subtle error message due to the incorrect usage of "broken".

Must've been added by a mod or something. Found it in the Construction Set.

I wish I had the patience to do this and stay in-character. I couldn't get a realistic story out of it, I'd probably write about the gameplay related stuff that would be hilarious if it kind of really happened.
it was already 11PM and I couldn't travel in the dark. I had to wait until the morning. So I decided to stand absolutely still in front of the barkeeper for exactly 7 hours straight, staring into his eyes without moving an inch. When the time had passed, I started running towards Winterhold from the other side of Skyrim, and never stopped. When we got there, my loyal companion Sven told me he's still here.
I entered the College, turned to Sven with a confused face. I didn't know what to do now. Earlier, I somehow knew exactly where the College was, even though I had never even heard of the place. I just ran to where I felt I had to run and arrived here. Now I had to look for someone whose name I forgot and I had no idea who he was, should I just go around asking people? That's ridiculous, I should be told, not to made ask.
Sven wasn't much help. He just said he's still here. That was pretty much the only thing he ever said. And I couldn't make him quiet. Every time I tried to talk to him to ask him reduce the amount of inane chattering, I find it to be.. Physically impossible, if that makes any sense. I feel like the only thing I can make him do is stand still or go home. I've been even practicing my people skills! I could kill a man and tell the guards to just forget about it, and they would. I could sell all the 24 swords I happen to be carrying to a merchant, steal them from him and sell them to him again.
But I just can't get this asshole to shut the fuck up
well that ended up lengthier than i expected. 1am rocking my inspiration.

"dear diary,
today i tried to kill sven with my sweet bow that shoots arrows that are frozen and on fire at the same time because why the hell not. that fucker just squatted for a second, got up, and told me he's still here"
Did Robin Atkin Downes do voices for anyone in Skyrim?
Worth thinking about, though I'm not sure how well i could pull off the "Two hundred year old vampire" voice.
There are a few voice actors on here that might do it for you. Assuming the writing is solid they might enjoy doing it.
I wrote a short story where I came across a Stormcloak/Imperial battle, turned into a werebear and killed and ate the Stormcloak survivors and corpses, but that's it.
And i just wrote this
- I entered into the dark and muck filled cave, a single candle gently shone against the walls pouring light onto the figure sitting at the desk near the cave entrance.
I sucked my breath as the man had clearly had seen me.
And yet, he sat perfectly still looking almost past me at the cave entrance.
He then turned his head back to his book.
I felt pure rage fill my heart, how dare this pathetic old man ignore me, he would pay dearly for such transgression.
I unsheathed my dagger, my glistening trusted ally
The sound of my magical steel freed from it's sheathe snapped the stupid old man's attention
“Eh who's there, Rudolf that you?”
The man was blind, his white eyes glowed like the fresh mountain snow
it explained why he paid me no heed. I almost wanted to feel sorry for him.
To be unable to see the man standing behind him.
My dagger raised but a mere inch above his old rubber like neck.
I placed my hand onto his head and pulled it back with a sickening crack as old frayed tendons tore and brittle bone snapped.
I sliced through his neck as he tried to scream for help, his breath fading as my knife ripped through the blood-ways, veins and windpipe
He desperately and pathetically tried to struggle in vain against me and his inevitable death.
It was beautiful to see the life drain from him, blood poured over my hands, his warmth spraying against my face dripping into my mouth, licking my lips tasting his copper like blood.
He grabbed my arm and tried to mumble something to me his eyes, while blind said more than many scholars and told a greater tale of sorrow than any bard could sing.
I almost couldn't contain my pleasure, I thrust the dagger deeper into his throat again ending his life slowly and hopefully painfully.
My journal thing would be horrifying to read. All that is just one quick sneak kill, could you imagine a detailed story like description on what i did to those people.
the horror. THE HORROR
Should I help the rieklings or help the nords when it comes to Thrisk?
Did Robin Atkin Downes do voices for anyone in Skyrim?
Just Brynjolf.
Should I help the rieklings or help the nords when it comes to Thrisk?
The rieklings give you something you can't get anywhere else in the game. The Nords give you a house. I'd say rieklings.
I posted a skyfilm video on /r/gaming
and some guy told me I have no idea what I'm doing and that I'm a rich douchebag.
:(
Organize entire house, forget to save, get killed by a pack of nix hounds. Fucking love you, Morrowind.

I still don't see why that wasn't in the base game.
I don't see why the Dark Brotherhood was the only major faction to get one.
I joined the Thieves Guild for some reason. Dunno why.
Wish I found this mod sooner.
Not entirely sure how dragon spawning is determined, but I do know that they're much more likely to show up if you fast travel or use carriages.
Well for some odd reason, during my stay in Winterhold, a second dragon appeared. Since dragon #1 killed off the guards, my primary source of arrow-dealing that time, I had to rely on wit. A flame atronach wouldn't have been bad, but turns out the cost in magicka is just nine more points than I had. Good thing I carried an enchanted amulet that grants ten more points. They (atronachs) make good distractions and damage-dealers while I poison arrows and fire away.

But it involves killing Nords that aren't bad people.
