Works too.

Werewolves clip pretty badly:

Vampire Lords on the other hand work very well:

Edit:
Dammit Maverick.
they honestly should have just had a "thievery" skill tree combining both pickpocketing and lockpicking into one tree.
this would make leveling it much easier and less of a bore to level.
it's extremely tedious going around pickpocketing everybody you see, especially at the lower levels where the chance to fail is higher.
lockpicking also levels really slowly and most of the perks you get going down the tree are really not necessary.
also going down these skill trees also screws you over combat wise (at least it does in vanilla skyrim).
by making it into one combined skill tree, you wouldn't have to spend so many skill points on, at best, supplemental perks that aren't that helpful or necessary.

i beat you, but you got better pictures.
also am I one of the few people who really hates the blacksmithing skill tree?
I really don't like how the game arbitrarily prevents you from making things because you're not at an appropriate skill level in blacksmithing.
I felt it should have just let you craft whatever you wanted, as long as you had the necessary craft items to make it.
Sometimes I see a cool mod or two for Oblivion like that floriana australis thing, and I kind of want to play it again, but then I remember that Oblivion is shit and I'll lose interest in like 30 minutes.

You should get Economics of Skyrim. It makes you able to pay a blacksmith to make stuff for you. If you want to make custom weapons from mods, however, I'd recommend getting (and running) an additional SkyProc patch.

The game doesn't have many speech checks though, and the few ones that actually matter have some stupidly high check, like 100 points or something. That's the main issue, but as far as usefulness goes, persuading guards is very convenient for thiefish characters
that reminds me
you know how before you join the college of winterhold, you speak to faralda and have to do her stupid test? There's also the option to persuade her, but it never works.
it requires 100 speech to succeed.
I always thought that was kinda funny. It's also the only 100 speech persuasion check in the game. I guess its to show that like you need to prove your worth to be in the college but its still strange its an option at all.

economics of skyrim is no longer supported
There are people that actually like ESO
There's also Call of Juarez and Trepasser. Eugh, Trepasser.
Trespasser, where the main character is literally just the tits and right arm. Could've been great.
Hey is there any mods that add weapons and armour from Dark Souls into Skyrim or oblivion?
The Elite knight set on nexus is pretty bad and the only thing I found was this: http://modtype.doorblog.jp/archives/32284944.html but I was wondering if there was more.
Also with the 3D map of Lordran is it possible to import all of Lordran into Skyrim/Oblivion?
Economics of Skyrim is no longer supported.
You can still download it, and it's still functional. I don't see the problem.
Holy shit, money actually weighs in Daggerfall! Hello, banking system! Let me spend a few hours figuring out how that works so I don't end up doing something stupid like depositing money in Daggerfall and finding out I can't withdraw any of it in Sentinel (not sure if that's how it actually works, but I'm going to assume it is unless I learn otherwise.)
The worst part about that first person mod is that a significant portion of user screenshots are of people looking at their character's cleavage.
That aside, anyone got any decent mods to add more spells?
Playing as a mage using a shield and 1-handed spells is fun, but lacks variety.
I recommend Apocalypse Spell Package, it adds great variety to every tree and is mostly balanced.
What spell mod should I download if I want fun spells and don't care about balance or lore?
Gameplay-wise it makes no sense because pickpocketing is usually such a rare occurrence that making it a whole separate tree is a terrible idea.
I have level 100 pickpocket and the full tree on literally all but one of my legitimate playthroughs, aswell as sneak and lockpick.
I guess it's a playstyle thing though, I have literally 0 points into anything magic related and I'm shit out of luck if I'm caught by more than 5 people, 3 or so if necromancers/mages/witches etc.
You can still download it, and it's still functional. I don't see the problem.
No that is the problem, it isn't "functional" per say, it was made with a previous patch in mind, meaning a lot of things added into the base game itself will conflict with the mod, not to mention dlc areas like dragonborn not having the price changes. So pretty much you could install a different economic overhaul and get the same output with more consistency.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19270
Sure wish I could look at that mod. To bad the Nexus is down for the 16th time this week.
But ignoring that, the music in my Skyrim is still gone. The silence pierces my soul at this point. I've tried various things. I've gone and uninstalled any mods in the game that change/add new sounds and checked if those were the cause, and they were not. I checked to see if I was an idiot and set the music bar to silent in options, but that wasn't the cause either. I downloaded BOSS and had it rearrange my mod load order, fearing that perhaps there were conflicts causing issues somehow. Everything was fine, barring it telling me a few mods had some dirty edits. At this point, I'm not sure what to do...

Good thing I don't have any of the DLCs then. :v:
Before I download that immersive first person mod, can someone put up their settings? I really can't bother mucking about too much since I've probably modded my game longer than I've played it already.
I've pinpointed the moment where my roleplay/immersion sensiblities loose the plot. It's when I start hoarding amour and weapons during the early game for sentimental reasons and archiving.

Good thing I don't have the DLC because who the fuck makes their DLC cost more than the actual game

"I don't want to drop this Ancient Nord War Axe of Frost, but fucking, 201 lbs out of 200 is screwing me again"
My immersion is completely lost each time I run into an NPC. I don't know exactly what, but every time I meet them, they look and behave so robotic that I expect to see a control panel and blinking lights on their back.

You know what would be great since the game no longer pauses itself when you talk to an NPC?
If occasionally you started walking together while talking, and they had hand motions.
But this is a modified Gamebryo we're talking about so r.i.p.

More like "But this was my first X I found/made, and I don't want to part with it. What if I want to wear/wield it later for aesthetics?"

You know they are going to get that in the next game, then over do it.
Yeah, another NPC will be able to join in the conversation! DYNAMIC DIALOGUES.
Think of it, an entire group of people all telling each other "I saw a mudcrab the other day. Horrible creatures."
So I decided to do the thieves guild questline finally and wow, I thought the oblivion questline was bad but this takes the cake. It's broken, unfun, boring, tedious as fuck, unbalanced and abysmal. Not a single part of it beyond the original shakedowns is fun, all of the missions are bullshit, require you to slaughter dozens of people because there are so many enemies stealth is hardly a valid option, and it's not even interesting. Stealth in Skyrim is easily the most annoying piece of shit ever, and the thieves guild sure as hell shows that well.
Like seriously I've spent my first 15 levels maxing all of my stealth abilities and I'm rewarded with overpowered hordes of enemies guarding everything and one-hitting me because I was dumb enough to think bethesda would develop a stealth-related questline that actually involves stealth, not killing everyone in sight by exploiting the game into giving you better weapons.
At this point I've just given up and I'm cheating through the whole thing just so I can see the ending and get this travesty over with.
The ending isn't even worth it. You don't get to keep the Skeleton Key.
[editline]afds[/editline]
Btw I first finished it as a non-stealth character lol
