Godamn I love the ragdoll physics in Skyrim. Ever tried to kill a horker whilst riding a horse? Trust me, its worth it seeing the horker's body flying halfway across Haffingnar
Ok. Step 1. Obtain a mod manager. The popular ones are Wrye bash, Mod Organizer, and NMM. you can find them on the nexus. I personally use NMM for it's ease, but your thoughts may vary. Step 2. Unofficial patches. Get them. Get them ALL for your mods and expansions. Fixes ALL the things. All of them. Step 3. how good is your compy. Do you like fancy graphics? Get some of those. The Static Mesh Improvement mod can make your game look goooood. A nice texture overhaul will help too. step 4. do you play a female? if so, step 5. otherwise, go to step 6. step 5. UNP-BBP/CBBE body, 85 skimpy armor mods, and everything from Loverslab. Mandatory. You're a female. you're destined for whorerim. step 6. Get something cool, like some new quests or, if you want to play a vampire/werewolf, one of the many overhauls. Step 7. Do you use magic? If so, I recommend Apocalypse Spell Package, Midas magic, and (if you're a necromancer), Undeath. It lets you become a lich. step 8. Get loverslab things anyways if you haven't already. step 9. Ask thread for advice. Add anything that isn't lore friendly. step 10. Repeat step 9 until satisfied. step 11. enjoy.
This is not why I taught you how to mod Bill, you must be stopped.
This is not why I taught you how to mod Bill, you must be stopped.
Soon Loverslab mods will become a staple of this thread mhahaha
Unfortunately I have realistic body physics, yet giants are still able to launch shit.
Why would you want to get rid of that? It's hilarious :(
This is not why I taught you how to mod Bill, you must be stopped.
I have to be stopped? What about everyone else? What about YOU, mister 'i-only-play-a-female-for-the-immersion'?
dragonborn unofficial patch still breaks the game for me at least. won't absorb dragon souls.
Make sure it's not placed above Dragonborn.esm in your load order. I had this happen to me.
dragonborn unofficial patch still breaks the game for me at least. won't absorb dragon souls.
Did you use BOSS to make sure your load order isn't shoddy ?
I have to be stopped? What about everyone else? What about YOU, mister 'i-only-play-a-female-for-the-immersion'?
I play both genders thank you kindly, I alternate every time I make a character just to spice things up. At least I'm not a sweetroll.
Glanced at tent-related objects in Frostfall. Not even the scripts, just the objects. Fuuuuck. I assume the scripts are in the bsa that I still haven't unpacked. I have so much respect for modders right now.
I play both genders thank you kindly, I alternate every time I make a character just to spice things up. Only game I went through entirely while playing a female character was mass effect because Garrus is the only good romance option in the game.

But my character still worships the All-Maker, you can take the girl out of Skaal, but you can't take the Skaal out of the girl.

So Pogo went by and posted this in the videos section https://soundcloud.com/pogomix/skyrim-symphony Sounds pretty damn good
So is Nexus being a bitch for everyone still? Having issues downloading through Mod Organizer and manually from the site.
I'm installing way too many house mods. I think I have like 25 by now.
I'm installing way too many house mods. I think I have like 25 by now.
What's the point of so many house mods?
What's the point of so many house mods?
I like to explore them, and right now I'm trying to find the one that I like the most.
Don't most house mods suck anyway? Most I've seen are just a huge empty room full of weapon racks and mannequins with horrible lighting. If I ever wanted a new house in the game, I'd rather make it myself rather than download one suited for the modder's needs.
But I have experience with the creation kit, I can make my own houses! Heck, I can make my own castle! I'll make a new worldspace on an island far away from everything and make a giant fortress on it, with a big sign on the wall saying "no wolves allowed".

Bethesda have some good tutorials on how to make interiors, you can start there and then continue to more advanced stuff, like adding bookshelves and weapon racks.
With Blackjack, and hookers?
How about Wabbajack and horkers?
The field lab is one of the best player house mods around, it's a shame it doesn't support followers.
