I've always had a feeling of "what the fuck should I do first" when I first play Morrowind, but I think I have an idea on what Seeks-The-Stink (yes, I'm keeping that name) should start with. Right now he's joined the Fighter's and Thieves guilds (previous playthroughs have shown that it is possible to play through both without conflicts), and spending all the money he makes training, because that's what ya do when you first start out in Morrowind, right? For some reason I've found that in Morrowind it's an absolute necessity to train your skills while in Oblivion and Skyrim training was almost never an issue. I guess it has to do with the dumbing-down Oblivion and Skyrim got.
I've been playing the hell out of Morrowind and I agree completely, even though I'll go on 20 day excursions from cities and stuff, I'll gain at most 3 levels in a skill for hours of play and near constant use. Or I can go kill guards, sell their crap and train my skill far higher in no time. Power playing right there but still, it's annoying how inefficient actually using skills is.
Just slaughtered the Thieves Guild with Inigo. Fun as hell.

Holy shit, Niruin had a Daedric Bow. Grabbin that shit.
Why are bears so OP? My full-Orc-armor-wearing, destruction-spewing battlemage keeps getting oneshotted.
You need to fus ro dah the shit out of that bear and pour damage into it while it's senseless. Bonus if you can find a cliff or something to knock it off for increased damage or fall death.
Why did I ever give up using two-handed weapons
Its so fun

Nothing like using Sideways Power Attack and cutting down five dudes in one swing.
Pulling a stunt like that should have made me the High King, Ulfric.

especially if you use this

I sure using some CBBE body models help level two-handed faster.
Absorbed a dragon soul
You are a strange customer! That is not normal with the glowing strands of light and the sucking noise. Are you OK?
I like this concept, but a more rustic option would be nice. Like a hastily-built wooden shack on wheels with nothing in it but a chest and a bedroll. With the bedroll inside, because it's freaking Skyrim, not Florida.

Hey whatever happened to that guy who was making Westeros for Skyrim? I remember seeing some of his work in this thread when the editor first came out.
So go to kill the Thieves Guild using this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=111216195
I decided to kill them while an Lich form, with two summoned Draugr Deathlords as backup. I shoot at Vekel a couple times, at to my dismay, he is still set as essential. I think it must be this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=570636 that is screwing around with everything.

Also whoever voiced General Tullius sounded like he had a hard time recording is opening speech just before entering Windhelm during the civil war. It sounded like his voice was cracking constantly.
whoever voiced General Tullius
I kinda wish there was a Dance of Death sort-of-mod for Magic attacks
I need a replacement for SkyRe, as the reproccer is just not working at all for me. Is SPERG any good?
after almost a year of not playing
i have reinstalled skyrim
i hope this resident evil manor mod is good, i intend to fuck shit up.
So, I decided to uninstall Frostfall. Followed the instructions started getting random freezes. Reinstalled it, figuring that'd fix it. It didn't.
Figured that with all the modding/uninstalling I've done that my save got screwed up. Deleted all my saves, uninstalled frostfall along with a few other mods.
Started a new save. It still randomly freezes.
Son of a bitch.

I wish there were any kill moves for magic attacks
it's really awkward when the game does some dramatic camera shots of...me doing exactly what I was doing, and then the enemy just ragdolls.
Or you get this super dramatic shot of your spell soaring past your target and landing in a bush.
I've had that happen with arrows. It does the kill cam aaaaand...The arrow goes right past the enemy and bounces off a rock.

I was interested in TESO but I have lost all of it now.

I saw a post on /v/ with that image that said it was;
"Like bumping into a member of the Taliban and them saying 'praise the US Marine Corps! This desert heat is really getting to me, I don't know if I'm going to make it'"
Fits too fucking well.

I can accept an argonian being part of the Dark Brotherhood but openly "praising" sithis and complaining about poison when the entire deal is that they are immune to it just ticks me off. The writing is probably just as horrible all over.

But the argonian shadowscales are followers of sithis, what are you talking about?
But the argonian shadowscales are followers of sithis, what are you talking about?
That's a really specific subset of the argonian population. They may be raised and trained by the dark brotherhood but I don't know if they necessarily praise sithis?
So I just entered the Soul Cairn for the first time
Holy shit this is a boring place
But the argonian shadowscales are followers of sithis, what are you talking about?
Shadowscales are tiny in comparison to the rest of the Argonian population, and even so, you just don't admit to worshiping Sithis.
That's just stupid.

I've only been using it a couple weeks. Up to level 16. So far I like it very much. I can only compare to Vanilla, though, because I haven't used SkyRe. But the skill trees are largely actually useful, and I actually have to think about where I want to spend my perks.
