I was interested in TESO but I have lost all of it now.
"Goodbye."?
Oh, your character can be total douche?
It's like..
"Argh... I'm dying! Please help!!!"
"Goodbye." And walks away.

That's kind of always been in the TES games though, in fact most RPG's in general :v:

Dialogue has never quite been right in TES games imo, Morrowind seems to have decent writing from what I've seen, while dialogue in Oblivion and Skyrim is incredibly boring IMO - but instead in Morrowind it seems that most dialogue is more like an NPC telling you their story than dialogue, I dunno.
Shadowscales are tiny in comparison to the rest of the Argonian population, and even so, you just don't admit to worshiping Sithis.
That's just stupid.
maybe in teso worship of daedra or the original "cosmic" gods isn't yet outlawed. sithis is kind of an indifferent asshole though so i dont know why you'd thank him over something, maybe it's just devoutness.
edit: sithis is just pouting somewhere because everyone worships the hip new gods who he couldn't get rid of and doesn't care about him
Damnit Maven, just give me the title of Thane so I can kill your corrupt ass already
I've already dealt with the skooma dealers, just make me the thane damnit
This article on Argonians is interesting, though I don't know where their information comes from.
It also should be noted that the Hist and Argonians acknowledge Sithis as their master. Along with worship of the Hist the Argonians, believe that the Sithis is the original, the creator, and the father. The Hist, in their eyes, is much like the Night Mother is to the Dark Brotherhood. To show respect and full loyalty to Sithis, since they worship the Hist as their god, every Argonian born under the sign of The Shadow is given to the Dark Brotherhood at birth and trained under the art of stealth and assassination. Therefore, one day, that Argonian can earn the rank of Shadowscale who serve Argonia as spies and assassins.
I do believe they used the word 'Hist' way too many times, even for a page about the Argonians.
That is, at least in my opinion.
Oh hell yes I just snuck my way into Mistveil Keep and straight up ganked Maven, Hemming and Maul.
Oh man does that feel good.
I do believe they used the word 'Hist' way too many times, even for a page about the Argonians.

Yes, sometimes in the same sentence, to the point where the sentence doesn't make sense. And many commas were abused in creating that page.
I can accept an argonian being part of the Dark Brotherhood but openly "praising" sithis and complaining about poison when the entire deal is that they are immune to it just ticks me off. The writing is probably just as horrible all over.
In Oblivion the player can die from Dark Brotherhood poison even if he/she is Argonian.
Argonians have only had immunity to poison in 2 out of 5 TES games: Morrowind and Oblivion.

TES Wikia? Jesus christ how horrifying.
Can we try UESP instead?
The Argonian pantheon is mostly unknown but seems to include some reverence of Sithis, as any Argonian hatched under the sign of the Shadow is given in to the service of the Dark Brotherhood and referred to as a "Shadowscale". However, that practice has waned in the Fourth Era for unknown reasons.[17] It seems likely, due to many contradictory accounts, that the Argonians do not have just one religion attributable to them.[18]

Sorry. Went with the first hit. Won't happen again.
Yeah I hate how the wikia is the first result when you look up anything Skyrim related.
I think I only used that website once when the UESP didn't have the results I was looking for.
So I just entered the Soul Cairn for the first time
Holy shit this is a boring place
I think they were trying to go for that
I kinda wish there was a Dance of Death sort-of-mod for Magic attacks
There is, called combat drama overhaul
You can even configure it so kill cam work on normal attacks that don't kill.
[editline]7th January 2014[/editline]
So I just got done with most of dawnguard. Just have to do the last quest AFAIK.
Most of this was really damn boring, but the last area you go to really made up for it. And Auriels Bow is so fucking awesome, perfect when using it with dawnbreaker too.
Dawnguard would have been so much better if the quests leading up to getting the bow weren't all "run errands for me" style.

Anyone know of a mod that makes guards stfu? Its stupid that guards even talk to you at all unless you address them.
Only mods I can find are ones where guards actually comment MORE on stuff you do. WTF? Why would anyone want that?

Shut The F--- Up by Rockness
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10023/?
Comes with two files: one for guards, one for a bunch of other NPCs.
If you don't want to totally shut them up, just be slightly less annoying, Better Guard Dialogue does give them more variety to their gibbering. And I'm pretty sure there's a mod that disables all skill-related commentary (which I need to install).
So when I was killing Thieves Guild I had this happened

I didn't even know Niruin existed before today. I only met him in game today.
Got an access key for the stress test this week end !

This happened to me once. I sold some cabbages to one of the farmer guys at whiterun. Once he was killed I got this.
I don't remember what triggers it though, might be friendship status or something.

Yeah, if you're friends with someone and they die, you get a letter of inheritance
I got 100 coins from "Beggar" today.
The tone in the letter instantly seemed different.
No name, no nothing.. just the label Beggar.
Pretty sad yo.
Yeah I got one today, can't seem to log into the forums though, using the username / password they gave me in the email.
Edit : - Yeah 30gb gonna take me until Friday to actually get it in time.
Got access to TESO for this weekend, I wonder if it is really the heap of shit I've been led to believe.
Yup, same here. Does anyone know how Zenimax have been with feedback in tests before, if there have been any?
God help me, I decided to sign up for the TES:O beta. Don't know if I'll ever get an invite, but I'm just too damn curious if it's as bad as they say.
Anyone else get almost no FPS after using Aurial's Bow sunburst ability?
It really sucks. Everytime I use the sunburst, after it finishes my FPS goes into 1-2FPS and the only way to fix it is to load a previous save. I have no idea why this is happening.
Its such a cool ability, would suck to not be able to use it. Google has given me zero results so it makes me think I'm the only one with this issue.
Got into the online beta.
Holy shit 21GB download, is it even worth it? I have my doubts about this game.
It's not great but it's not a 'heap of shit'
Its honestly just way too boring to be anything, its just bland. Doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't taste like anything.

Every time I bought an Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow from Sorene in Fort Dawnguard, that bastard kept sending letters wanting to buy it off me.

I once bought a dwarven bow because it had an effect I needed on it. After disenchanting it, a courier ran up to me and gave me a letter like this.
