Fucking christ that ending. Aren't the dark elves still supposed to be taking argonian slaves at this point in history anyway?

Pretty sure they are and regardless of whether or not they take slaves, they still fucking hate argonians (and any other race for that matter).

It kept up all the way into just after the 4th Era, or are all the slaves in the game Morrowind born in Morrowind?
Ugh new video card runs skyrim ENB's awesome but sadly my character is still fucked. Never got a chance to really use Auriel's bow before I ran into non stop crashing issues :(
Need to just start a new character. Whats that website where people post their character archetypes again? I still have to play through dragonborn, figured I'd start over and skip to level 15 or so.
I'm pretty sure my mod I've made might be causing some of these issues, but its almost impossible to debug or figure out why they are happening. I'm just going to pretty much strip out everything related to scripting I think except for really key stuff and just super simplify it. I thought about abandoning it but I can't imagine playing without my changes to block again.

I haven't even really used the auriel's bow effect despite it being massively useful for me because apparently vampires like to attack towns when you do it :v:
I just realized I've got Shick's hair, but less ridiculous.
Talos help me...

The Armistice from 300 years after TESO granted Morrowind permission to preserve slavery (so it was presumably at least in place at that time, and it continued right up to 4E. So if they were "best friends" with the Argonians in 2E583, it didn't take them long to go right back to enslaving them.

Didn't the Nords and Dark Elves war for aaaaaaages as well?
Yeah like literally since the dawn of time
Didn't the Nords and Dark Elves war for aaaaaaages as well?
It's always pretty much been all elves vs all humans vs all beast races with occassional in-fighting and the Imperials trying to stop it all by beating everyone else up.
Man Ebonheart Pact is such bullshit.

Which is weird when you think about it because the imperials probably have the worst racial feats for combat in the entire game with the possible exception of khajits :v:
I mean depending on the game they're either totally useless in combat or just able to drain some stamina once a day, whereas like bretons can take immense amounts of magic damage and cast more spells (and sometimes shield for a tonne of phys damage as well), argonians can regenerate health quickly, nords and dark elfs have really high elemental resist, etc.
ESO is just bullshit.
I really wish they just made another normal game with like two player co-op. I'd enjoy it much more.

Totally true but I might end up playing it because I didn't actually see much of morrowind when I played the beta test, kinda wanna see what it looks like in ESO

They only did it because logistics and Tiber.
Mostly Tiber.
CHIM scum.

We all wish that but you gotta take what you can get I guess v:v:v. I do hope that once open morrowind progresses more people take advantage of the open source nature to add multiplayer features. I think it's listed as a possibility in their development plan but either way I'm sure someone could do it

TESO: Get the three races that hate eachother more than any other race.
Make them allies so they can take over the rest of the continent that none of them particularly want.
Fawking bullshit.
I say that now, but the month after release, They will add to that alliance with playable ice giants, jackal people and dwarves (the tolkien kind) who have all taken up common cause. If that doesn't fuck with the lore enough; The dominion get playable sea elves, gorrilas and sea toads. That highrock/hammerfell faction will get.. playable giants and centaurs. Yeah. And imps. Don't forget the imps.
I say that only half jokingly. There's some small lore for all that, it's easy to imagine the MMO fucking that lore up and actually adding the above races as playable.
I wonder if people would like a Daggerfall or an Arena remake with morrowind graphics.
I think Ebonheart Pact is going to be the most popular faction by far.
I mean as cool as I think Orcs and Redguards are, they're not popular races. Bretons and Bosmer are unpopular. An Altmer are cunts.
Dunmer appeal to Morrowind fans, Nords appeal to Skyrim fans, and Argonians appeal to lizard penis fans.

Don't forget playable Robots from the Future for whatever side Her Majesty KINMUNE is on.
Which reminds me of something I ponder on sometimes.
Because PELINAL is from the future, does that mean PELINAL mantled CoC or did CoC mantle PELINAL because PELINAL got to the past?
Does it even matter because they're the same after mantling anyway?
And could PELINAL have been built to mimic CoC?
The only reason the factions are what they are is because they:
1. Wanted a 3x3 arrangement
2. Wanted the map to work out cleanly

Logic was the least of their concerns.
My mom was in my room when I was watching that CGI trailer. She asked me if I wanted it for my birthday.
"I wish I wanted it."

I don't think TES should ever even go co-op, honestly.
It sounds great on paper, but I'm certain that it wouldn't work very well in practice.
Keep TES singleplayer, and then let the community try and make a multiplayer mod if they're so inclined.
It's been tried a few times but it's never really worked very well, I don't think any of the multiplayer mods have actually been finished, thinking about it.
Someone say loremaster?

I really don't like that statue.
I think TES would work well in multiplayer if it used private hosting or dedicated servers. For every server/host you've got a new character to make.
So like.. If I joined a player I'd need to create a new character and play in a world that's already been affected by his adventuring (some quests are done, some villages are burnt down, all the birds are dead...)
Then I could play my own game in which I'm a different character. Other players could join me as my companions, business partners or murder targets.
This is the complaint that I hear the most and just don't understand. It never looked like anything until Oblivion, and a passing text saying it was a jungle isn't more authoritative than the actual game set in the region.
Like, this isn't a book series where any changes in lore from book to book would be jarring, this is a game series. Where things change depending on whats technically possible at the time the game is released.
My main problem is that what was described about Cyrodill in the Pocket Guide to the Empire was far more interesting and exciting than what we got.
