http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50733 What in the shit...
wow so unoriginal such overdone
What I ran into is known as "mod isolation". And it fucking sucks.
Aren't pretty much any modder like that? In fact, that's how most mods die out; modders who just forget about them or have other stuff to do like studying.
Yeah but its just pretty sting worthy with this guy because not long after Real Clouds was first out he already had all these features put in and most of the bugs fixed within a few weeks/month and was just working on a few small things before he went silent for 6 months. Then he said sorry for the long update but he would release the next version in a week, and now two months later still nothing (not even an update on the news post). Its a bit different than just taking a while to finish a mod in the first place, or taking a while to make an update that you don't reveal hard details about what has been done. Considering he apparently had a bulk of the work done months ago, said it was coming out within a definite time, and just hasn't really bothered to finish it or release what has been done so far. i.e. the white outline bug for non-enb users and a lot of the cloud pop in has apparently been fixed forever ago, but he just keeps feature creeping and then forgetting about it instead of releasing fixes every little step at a time.
Disabling V-sync gave me some more FPS, but when there's not much going on, I easily hit 120+fps and physics start going wild. Followed by all items flying around at mach 7. ENB has an FPS limiter right? Or would that just perform the same function of V-sync?

V-sync tries to sync your game fps to your monitor refresh rate which can cause it to be very unstable.
I'm really liking the new mist. It makes everything seem bigger/more impressive somehow. [T]http://i.imgur.com/dv4pLkF.jpg[/T][T]http://i.imgur.com/jkEkSr8.jpg[/T]
What's one of the nicest ENB's that doesn't take too much toll on FPS?
So now the kettles kill even with full health and daedric. Joy.
So now the kettles kill even with full health and daedric. Joy.
Only logical solution is to craft an armor made of kettles.
Can't compile scripts from the CK while running Mod Organizer? Give me a break. Yes, there's a workaround (which I'm in the process of setting up), but this is fucking tedious. Serious modders must be crazy-dedicated. I mean, have any of you seen how many scripts and how many lines of code are in Frostfall? I can't imagine how long that took.
[del]Telekinesis is viable now[/del] fuck me nevermind, apparently this doesn't touch telekinesis at all
The mist is fucking awesome. Never thought I'd willingly be playing a game at 15-25fps, but there you go. Atmospheric as fuck.
Did you do anything to get mist working? When I use the default ENB settings with mist enabled, the bottom half of my screen gets blacked out: [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/579012944037357840/C3533C8C16B4689F9DDAA284FD3E6B3138F4D08B/[/t]
I kinda want to play Skyrim again, but mostly for sight seeing, so what are the highest quality texture replacement mods and ENBs out there? Wanna see how far I can push my computer at the same time.
wait i wasn't paying attention, what mod is this
.250 ENB
wait i wasn't paying attention, what mod is this
The new version of ENB adds volumetric mist.
The new version of ENB adds volumetric mist.
fuck, i was hoping it was a .esp mod. ENB upsets me.
How badly does that mist kill your performance?
Real clouds 2.0 with lightning preview: Looks pretty neat. Still pretty irrated though that this guy just keeps feature creeping a mod that desperately needs fixes, then forgetting about it for a few months, instead of just releasing the fixes/improvements he already has done then adding lightning in a later patch :|
Would be p. sweet if there was an Assassin's Creed/Dishonoured esque game set in the Imperial City. Well, a part of it, the place is p. fucking big.
Would be p. sweet if there was an Assassin's Creed/Dishonoured esque game set in the Imperial City. Well, a part of it, the place is p. fucking big.
A game exclusively set in the imperial city with perhaps an ability to travel to one other city would be sick.
Why would you even need other cities, Imperial City's about the size of Britain
Why would you even need other cities, Imperial City's about the size of Britain
so it'd kinda be like (and i can;t believe i'm going to say this.) Dragon age 2 almost the entire game is set in a single city.
so it'd kinda be like (and i can;t believe i'm going to say this.) Dragon age 2 almost the entire game is set in a single city.
pls no not this shit again
Why would you even need other cities, Imperial City's about the size of Britain
Is it actually? How fucking big is Tamriel
I'd prefer the next TES to be set in a smaller area than an entire country so that it's more realistic than having a small collection of houses pretending to be cities.
Is it actually? How fucking big is Tamriel
Well, it is the biggest continent on the plane[t].
About the size of Africa IIRC. [editline]4th February 2014[/editline] Seriously, you need to be that size to have tundra in the north and tropical forest in the south.
