pretty charming style. that and the designs overall remind me of a Valerian comic.

I am so fucking hype for Skywind like holy shit I'm more hype for skywind than I ever was for skyrim. Skyrim has "bethesda quality" so it's enjoyable but full of flaws, but Skywind looks like it's made by people who actually give a shit about tiny details so I can't help but get ultra-hyped at the idea of playing it.
I'm more excited for OpenMW myself, with what Skywind not running Morrowind mods.
Decided to host an end of the world party at Davon's Watch fountain. Naked dancing and instrument playing ensued. Then people started going nuts with magic. Anyone know what that giant golden dome-orb thing is? Seems the devs noticed us too...
I was there, too! Have to admit, it was a lot better than the beta in January!
Man, I really want to play with the Touring Carriages mod, but apparently the more mods you have adding people to the roads in Skyrim (Immersive Patrols, Populated etc) the higher rate of mass vehicular manslaughter occurs, which, while hilarious, doesn't make for the most relaxing carriage rides.
Could ESO players give their opinions/confirm/joss things on this? [t]http://i.imgur.com/CIYCo2G.jpg[/t]
All the ESO characters I've seen so far look like clay and have the most unhealthy shine I've ever seen. These people are supposed to be dirty peasants damn it
Could ESO players give their opinions/confirm/joss things on this? [t]http://i.imgur.com/CIYCo2G.jpg[/t]
Sure, he has some points, but he is being a condescending cunt about it.
Sure, he has some points, but he is being a condescending cunt about it.
Can you say what points he doesn't have, because so far everything that's said is basically correct.
Sure, he has some points, but he is being a condescending cunt about it.
Not "some" points. He's 100% correct. I think a little condescension on his part is entirely justified, given the ESO dev team have somehow managed to colossally miss the mark on what makes ES interesting.
I'm alright with a few changes to lore, but making TESO look exactly like fucking lord of the rings or DnD is a crime I can't look past. and if you need to make so many contrived reasons as to why your factions are they way they are, don't fucking use factions, does this have to be WoW.
Playing Skyrim today and my characters wife got kidnapped, fast travelled to the nearest location to find a bug that meant that it was already completed. Didn't matter to me, I needed a good excuse to go absolutely Postal on bandits.
Making a Skyrim themed Rainmeter that has near full functionality without the need to access taskbar. Small preview (autoscales with resolution): Left side is a launcher - User folders, and 5 configurable categories with 15 applications in each - and switcher for bottom panel modes; the bottom panel can be switched between weather forecast / media control / system monitor. Those who want to get updated on the progress can check out the WIP deviation on Deviantart. The skin will be free to download after the final release!

A lot of it was obviously done for budget reasons, and I'm sure a lot of it will improve with time. Looking back at some of my favourite MMOs, they've had a tonne of problems on release that got smoothed out over time, making an MMO is a massive fucking budget sink and the only way to really deal with that is improve it over time.
Unless they don't make enough money and just stay shit. ESO is going to fail unless they suddenly get alot more supporters cause like 200 million has been put in this game.
I was there, too! Have to admit, it was a lot better than the beta in January!
Why did stuff like this never happen when I played it?
Unless they don't make enough money and just stay shit. ESO is going to fail unless they suddenly get alot more supporters cause like 200 million has been put in this game.
Given the amount of people who have said they're going to buy it it's not likely - whether it will be successful or not remains to be seen but they could make their entire investment back with only 1.3 million people buying then playing for 6 months (and that's considering none of them to be imperial editions). They could even make the entire investment back instantaneously on release, if 3.4 million people buy it, that's way less likely though.
When is the next beta? Only got to play for 2-3 hours and I really liked the game.
When is the next beta? Only got to play for 2-3 hours and I really liked the game.
I don't think they've announced the next beta, but I'm fairly sure now that you've been in it you're guaranteed to be in all the ones after. We kept our characters from the last beta as well, so presumably you will again too
Have a Numidium and a third moon/a mane
I like the sort of harlequin style of Numidium. Reminds me of Ragyo Kiryuin, or the final boss of FF7.
I like the sort of harlequin style of Numidium. Reminds me of Ragyo Kiryuin, or the final boss of FF7.
Didn't you mean of FF8, the Sorceress Ultimecia? Though sadly images don't load for me due to some ISP issues atm.
Didn't you mean of FF8, the Sorceress Ultimecia? Though sadly images don't load for me due to some ISP issues atm.
Was it FF8? I'll admit, it's been a while since I've played.
So I've just got a new £400 graphics card, what mods should I use to make skyrim look more sexilisious? I've already got better plants and better water
So I've just got a new £400 graphics card, what mods should I use to make skyrim look more sexilisious? I just realized that since time cannot exist without Akatosh and since Aedra can be killed... If Akatosh is killed then the TES universe crumbles
So I've just got a new £400 graphics card, what mods should I use to make Skyrim look more sexilisious?
UNPB, SoS and Immersive bodies for more "sexilisious" stuff, I guess.
I just realized that since time cannot exist without Akatosh and since Aedra can be killed... If Akatosh is killed then the TES universe crumbles
isn't lore fun?
