what am I reading
Am I reading this correctly? Is this suggesting that Sotha Sil created a Dunmer society on one of the moons?
Well this was worth reading but honestly I still don't really know what c0da is and I don't know Morrowind/ES lore deep enough to see if all the hype surrounding it was justified (what with the whole GET ALL ANSWERS #dunmerdisappearance #thalmor win etc) Would like to see this done as an actual comic book though, there's some really nice imagery in there
Am I reading this correctly? Is this suggesting that Sotha Sil created a Dunmer society on one of the moons?
wait is this supposed to be taken seriously really
wait is this supposed to be taken seriously really
It's Michael Kirkbride. Take that as you will.
What the hell is all this?
What the hell is all this?
Well, from what I'm able to discern so far, it starts out with the narrator, Lun-Sul, living in an underground city on one of Nirn's moons after Nirn has exploded into complex mathematics and Dwemeri constructs. Also, he has to kill a Numidium. Somewhere around Page 18, it transitions into a series of Divine origin stories. Myths. Legends passed down from parents to children in the moon city. I think that might be tripping people up. The television-head things don't exist, they're just part of a story. Everything after that point, until it transitions back to the moon city, is a story. Just look closer, maybe it'll make sense. Actually, on closer inspection, that Television-set-head thing sounds like... a B-grade sci-fi movie! And if it were, it could explain why "everyone knows about it." In fact, it's almost propagandish for Vehk&Vehk. It's very 80s as well... Yep. We're reading Kirkbride's screenplay for a Divines origin movie set in a futuristic Morrowind. That's the only explanation for any of this. They're superheroes. They're the Avengers. They're not real.
INSET PANEL (GEL SCREEN): Angelic rock stars ride their guitars past a glass tower of disgruntled office workers. INSET PANEL (GEL SCREEN): A manager screams: "What are you people staring at? Get back to work!" INSET PANEL (GEL SCREEN): A rock star retorts from atop his floating guitar: "Get back to work? GET BACK TO ROCK!" INSET PANEL (GEL SCREEN): A small fly on stage doing a standup comedian routine to an audience of spiders, a story covered by Sardy Sardukar, reporter of the Nth-Gen-Bottlebotley Beat.
You tell me that wouldn't belong in a B-grade sci-fi movie made in the 80s. To top it off, there's even a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air reference.
A creeper shot of Arkicide Demonicus, Daedric Fresh Printz of Bad Press looks both Sardy above and Vivec below, cuz 2 eyes suddenly.
The Intellective, ladies and gentlemen, is based on this guy. [t]http://static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20111207182926/elderscrolls/images/a/a1/Grumbagarn.jpg[/t] It's SATIRE. It's a STORY. It's TELEVISION. And the way it transitions back into the main story... I wonder if this entire thing is television. And this seems to confirm all that:
THEY'RE OUR SUPER-PEOPLE. THEY ALL DO STUFF LIKE THAT. THE IMPOSSIBLE. THEY TAKE WHATEVER WEIRDNESS THAT THREATENS OUR WORLD, WHATEVER THE SCALE, AND SMACK IT BACK INTO SHAPE BY USING WHATEVER IMPOSSIBLE MEANS THEY HAVE INSIDE THEM. AND YOU KNOW WHY I'M SO CONFIDENT? BECAUSE I CAN'T IMAGINE A WORLD WHERE THEIR KIND OF IMPOSSIBLE... ISN'T.
It is the end of the current TES saga. A new Kalpa has started, Amaranth, the House of We.
It is the end of the current TES saga. A new Kalpa has started, Amaranth, the House of We.
If you're looking at it directly, yes. You've got to look deeper. We may as well have some fun with this, is it a new Kirkbride piece. [editline]14th February 2014[/editline] This is hilarious...
Jubal alone at the table as a man-sized dragon approaches. It has no legs or limbs of any kind, only small and useless wings. JUBAL-LUN-SUL ...bitch. AKATOSH May I sit?
So, what I'm able to figure out here... And this really is more legible than a normal MK... is that Jubal-Lun-Sul is trying to hunt a Numidium to get married, and is gathering a group of adventurers to do so. He also narrated the entirety of a movie about the divines right in the middle of the story. Nirn's cracked. Shattered for reasons unknown (which an attempt at explanation is made by the sci-fi movie), and time with it. Timelines have converged, and reality's sort of stood on its ear. Also, it's the future. On the moon. And the gods are robots...
Jubal and Kyne, with Talos backing away, frowning, still holding his flagons of mead. Priorities.
[editline]14th February 2014[/editline] Also
A creeper shot of Arkicide Demonicus, Daedric Fresh Printz of Bad Press looks both Sardy above and Vivec below, cuz 2 eyes suddenly.

[editline]14th February 2014[/editline] Also
The gods are robots, apparently. Talos is glitched to all get-out, probably because time itself has sort of gone all wibbly. Talos is also Lorkhan... Maybe some sort of reincarnation bobble going on there?
Wibbly? That would imply there's pieces of it large enough to go wibbly.
Wibbly? That would imply there's pieces of it large enough to go wibbly.
You're right... A new Kalpa has started... But the universe hasn't ENDED. Everything we've read up to this point, everything we've seen... It's all pointed to a new Kalpa being a new start for the entire Mundus. That was the point of Alduin, the point of the Thalmor. The rebirth of the universe involved its total destruction, and they all FAILED. And, somehow, everything ticks smoothly over to a new kalpa and nothing is destroyed. The universe doesn't recycle itself, but heals itself. The Thalmor won in one essence: They got their new Kalpa. And it's the same as the old one.
and again in english please
I really want this as a desktop background [img_thumb]http://aurbis.c0da.es/c0da/bg/surface.jpg[/img_thumb]
I'm closing on the release of my Skyrim themed Rainmeter skin. I've finally made all 3 modes of the bottom bar (weather, system, media control), as well as the config utility for the 5 x 15 shortcuts on the left main panel: You can check out the progress on Deviantart, where I'll update the description when it's ready to be released.
and again in english please
A kalpa is traditionally considered the beginning of a new reality, but the new kalpa contained the same reality of the previous.
To the man who beat Arena: fucking hoooowwwww [editline]14th February 2014[/editline] it controls like a goddamn space ship

And this Kalpa will not be the same as the old one. Dunmer will have an influence. It is the House of We now.
Thalmor won, there were no men by the end. And this Kalpa will not be the same as the old one. Dunmer will have an influence. It is the House of We now.
Were there no men? There was RoboTalos... It's never stated whether men are there or not. The entire story takes place in a Dunmeri moon base. The men could have escaped to any plane of oblivion, that's never really described in any detail in any of MK's writings. How did the Dunmer get to the moon, anyway? Could men not have done the same? Why not the other moon, there ARE two of them.
Might be a comic book they're tinkering together.
Might be a comic book they're tinkering together.
Pictures are on their way, according to MK.
What I want is a comic book of St. Jiub driving out the cliff racers [t]http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2012/257/7/3/saint_jiub__s_deed_by_lelek1980-d5enoe1.jpg[/t] So cool.
