Oh god I love the mods name: "Marvels Avengers Mod UNOFFICIAL"
Just to make sure you know, so nobody thinks that marvel crafted this fine mod.

I tells them to make a foundry, and make it big. They deliver.
Good Gandhi! Is that a mod?

Yes. Not done yet though.
Oh god nexus:

If I had Skyrim on my PC, I'd get that in a heartbeat.
But my PC was even worse back in December, so I got it for my PS3.
I'm pretty sure my machine then would run it better.
They should seriously lose the s.

The keyword is playable, and those pics have payable lightspaces.
I don't see any firebending, matey.
It's literally the first spell you get.
Could someone link me to a good HD texturepack for Oblivion? And the respective monster mod if you have the link?

Qaul's texture pack, seriously.

Once nuska is done with those faces ill probably download quals pack and OOO and give oblivion another playthrough sans the potatofaces and level 50 rats
11 Parts?
Yeah fuck that.
Yeah fuck HD textures for pretty much the entire fucking game who wants that.
but you'll miss out on epic tempered glass rat armor

And yes, they will do this when idle.
So I came across a bunch of slaves in Morrowind.
I feel bad for them, so I unleashed sweet justice.
Plot Important NPC. Fuck.
So I sneaked in, and stole her finest robes.

My brother Kevin just texted me a picture, he was playing Skyrim and he gave his daughter a new dress and some shit went down and now she's naked. With underwear of course, but still. I've certainly never seent hat happen before. He plays on Xbox.
So my brother was playing Skyrim, and a fuckton of guards just popped out of nowhere.
Yeah fuck HD textures for pretty much the entire fucking game who wants that.
I don't get why people always want HD textures for these games. I like good textures more than HD textures.

cause they can't be both?
Poor ole me sure wish he had Skyrim for PC. :zoid:
cause they can't be both?
When it looks super grainy and bumpy as fuck and wayyyyyyy to detailed it doesn't look very good.
Yeah fuck HD textures for pretty much the entire fucking game who wants that.
Never said I didn't want it, but holy shit 11 parts? There really isn't anyway to NOT have 11 parts to download?

The Nexus has a file size limit.

They're linking the full QTP3 which is hideously bloated and unoptimized and should be used by no one, ever. It's like linking natural environments or some mod made in 2006 over all natural or something
Get this; it's the optimized version of QTP3, you can choose if you want to reduce the size of the textures in the OMOD process if you want to save on VRAM and it's probably the definitive HD texture pack for cyrodiil.

And it's in one part.

I fucking hate downloading multi part archives from the nexus, the site isn't the fastest and it's hideously unreliable. The NMC pack for FO3/NV even has the nerve to fail if a) you don't download it from specific servers b) you don't rename all the files before extracting and c) you have to use winrar otherwise it breaks, no 7zip for you!
got a good mind to just host a torrent of it so people don't have to suffer the nexus
Worth it. Trust me.
Nope!

my RAID array died recently taking my new install of oblivion with it which was a shame, I had it playable with open cities, OBGE and all the texture packs I could find
One thing I never liked about OOO/FCOM is that while yes the levelling was kind of weird and annoying it was a necessity in a game which is entirely structured around allowing you to go wherever you want and do whatever you want to whoever you want. In a game like KOTOR or something where progress is pretty linear you can generally say with some certainty that a player will generally have progressed to a certain point both in character development and skill before reaching a given combat area. Even New Vegas managed this, as in the beginning it was a lot more directed than the Bethesda games. But with oblivion you can take quests in any order, sure there are questlines but the level that the character could be at any point is, well, any level.
This means you can run into ridiculously powerful groups of enemies seemingly at random and get the living shit kicked out of you. That's not fun. It's not fun when a sabre cat runs up to you and two shots you in Skyrim out of the blue, it's not fun when cazadores one shot you while shrugging off bullets in NV, and it's not fun when some spectral warrior that you can't even damage destroys your shit in OOO, because you wandered into some place that is arbitrarily and invisibly defined as a high level zone.
Not saying Oblivion's leveling was good by any means, what the game should have done is introduced new, more powerful enemies and equipment in addition to the older, weaker enemies and equipment, meaning that you could run into bandits that were easily dispatched on the roads but a tomb might be infested with tons of rabid daedra.

Fuck my bad I linked the wrong version I didn't even notice, yeah who would use the non optimized textures that make the game run worse then crysis.
oh noes, Opinions™.
[editline]2nd May 2013[/editline]
Nope!
:(
[editline]lol[/editline]
Unless you're talking about the unoptimised ones, then yeah. But I meant it for the ones that don't play like shit.
good job on the OP also great banner :)
Anyway, anyone here in the Beta of TESO? how is it
I had Kharjo as a follower for a time, he's a cool guy. He killed a boss-level vampire by himself so I let him keep the Orcish sword the vampire had, I even improved it for him.
