great, off to spam iron daggers
Is there anywhere/anyone that can upgrade my weapons and armor or do i need to grind smithing to 100
I think Economics of Skyrim adds a system for that.
Apparently the TESO devs are reintroducing classics like The Lusty Argonian Maid in the game even though its author wouldn't be born until the next era.
I've noticed Bethesda getting really lazy with both this fad and the elder scrolls.
I mean in Oblivion, you get the book, it's a quick laugh and you find it funny. In Skyrim, they give you the same book and another one. Then you get the DLCs where they add more of the same damn book, until Dragonborn, where they just dump a bunch of them on you as if they were saying "here's your damn book!"
You can see the same happening to the elder scrolls. In Oblivion and Morrowind, they were powerful scrolls with tons of knowledge. In Skyrim, it was a magical time traveling device. Then you have Dawnguard, where the elder scrolls are arbitrary flags that you need to proceed and can be sold for a quick coin.
In the end, you have ZeniMax Online, who manage to somehow be even lazier than Bethesda. Good job, guys! I wonder if you've named your restrooms "lore" yet.
At least they aren't overdoing the Capn's Guide to the Fishy Stick

That doesn't work anymore. Spam iron arrows, then steel arrows, etc.

So they just effectively switched the grinding from one item to a few others :v:
arrows only came after hearthfire I think. so yeah
Damn, I can't seem to find a good Oblivion home mod. Everywhere I look there are some giant super castles or mini compressed castles.rar with out of place textures and unbalanced stuff inside of them.
All I want is like a standard Oblivion home, except a 'tad bigger and with places to put my unique armors/items.

I found this a couple days ago. It might have some unbalanced features though, namely an enchanting table and a spellmaking table so you don't need to join the Mages Guild to use one. But it looks nice and you can generally ignore the overpowered stuff.
Why is it that in Oblivion sometimes NPC's like Guards have like 300 arrows of different kinds on them, and other times just the usual 5-10?
Any ways to make oblivion crash and stutter and overall run less like shit.

if you have a decent rig, disable FPS managing, and try to enable the experimental stuff
yeah disable fps management and enable heap replacement in the ini, set the algorithm to 5 and the heap size to 1024, I've heard that's a decent config

But now your house is messy.
Doesn't matter, Lydia will... oh wait I sacrificied her to a certain god.
You're right, something seems off about the perspective. I think it's the angle or something. I'm not sure.
I guess the FoV has been adjusted.

When that librarian in the College of Winterhold offered to buy the elder scroll (An incredibly powerful, priceless artifact) for only 2,000 gold, I was disappointed.

That comic is fake, he didn't call in an expert.

that shit's worth at least 50,000
Its worth the soul of Tiber Septim.
It's worth enough that you can suck my dick to look at the fucking thing.
Not even anal?
Not even anal?
For anal, you can get blindfolded and caress it.
that shit's worth at least 50,000
it's fucking priceless, why are you even allowed to sell it
I wanna play this game again, post race/class suggestions!
MadVader, one of the main programmers for TLD (lord of the rings mod) joined up with my M&B Elder Scrolls mod project.
Development time should increase drastically now and with substantial results, I had very little idea what I was doing with the module code :v:
Have a (very wip) screenshot

Plus you need it for the Dawnguard DLC.
