Care to elaborate what you mean?
i dont like his face
i dont like his face
His...choices aren't that good either. Let's not forget about the Summerset Isle's architecture.
imported skyrim models
Those are a slowly going away I assume, in the newest trailer the Giant model is no-longer the Skyrim model. It looks inspired, but it isn't the direct model anymore. The Centurions still seem to be the same though.
to be fair, giants are still giants. Nothing would have changed with them over 200 years in terms of how they looked. All the devs have to do would be to change their clothes and weapons up a bit. nothing needs to change on their bodies at all.
They might just be placeholders.
Skyrim is in the public eye having sold over 10 million copies (2 years ago) if The Witcher 2 ever breaks 1 million we might hear something on Fox News about bad vidya gaems [editline]13th June 2013[/editline] record it all in 1080p please
Witcher 2 has sold more then five million copies so far, where did you get less then a million?
a quick Wikipedia glance might fool you, watch your reading:
On August 30, 2011, the Warsaw Business Journal reported that The Witcher 2 had sold more than 940,000 copies.[50] According to Piotr Nielubowicz, a board member of CD Projekt RED, the company had been expecting those sales figures.[50] Of those 940,000 copies sold, 200,000 were online sales (digital sales).[50] In a separate news article dated November 11, 2011, PC Gamer reported similar statistics for online sales of The Witcher 2.[51] According to PC Gamer, Direct2Drive, Impulse and Gamersgate's combined sales were a total of 10,000.[51] GOG sold 40,000 copies.[51] Within the same time period, 200,000 copies of The Witcher 2 were sold on Steam.[51] As of July 11, 2012, both Witcher games have sold a combined worldwide total of four million units across Windows, Mac, and Xbox 360.[52] As of February 6, 2013, the series has sold over 5 million copies.[53]

a quick Wikipedia glance might fool you, watch your reading:
Yeah, and you claimed it'd sold less then 1 million.
So I am playing wrymstooth and am in the dimfrost area and when I try to enter the dimfrost luminary (the door with the quest marker on it located on the otherside of the dimfrost) the game just freezes on the loading screen. Has anyone had this issue before and any possible solutions?
Yeah, and you claimed it'd sold less then 1 million.
It says right there as of August in 2011. Surely it's past the 1 million point by now, but it's nowhere near 5 million like you had claimed. You claimed the Witcher 2 sold more than 5 million, when it was the series, 1+2 combined sales, that exceeded 5 million.
It says right there as of August in 2011. Surely it's past the 1 million point by now, but it's nowhere near 5 million like you had claimed. You claimed the Witcher 2 sold more than 5 million, when it was the series, 1+2 combined sales, that exceeded 5 million.
Which is still a great jump from the less then one million expected sales you claimed, and being generous to the Witcher 1 puts Witcher 2 at 2.5 million sales, which is incredibly good from a developer standard for a game not nearly as well known as the Elder Scrolls. The problem with the mature content doesn't steam from the lack of the sales the Witcher has received, but from the publicity the Elder Scrolls receives, which is a lot less, and probably isn't helped that the developers are pretty new to the market, and Witcher 2 was really their first breakout game. Skyrim could really have gone with a more mature lore if they'd wanted to, and still retain their sales, they just choose not to because they've already established that the mature subjects were minor in previous games, and non-existant in the newer ones, such as the minor slavery rings in Morrowind.
They called Mount and Blade and RTS? The overland map is barely an RTS.
The battles are RTS. Real time strategy and in mount and blade this is on a smaller scale but feels more real with you actaully commanding in the field. So yes, M&B has RTS in a very unique since it is a RPG where you fight with your troops.

Bought Skyrim legendary edition today, after spending an hour tweaking the fuck out of it I've got it running real good. Pretty fun so far but I cannot count the number of times I've been fucked up by random wildlife.
People like you will be the sole reason it will fail.
I'm sure there'll be many, many other reasons

It occurs to me, though, that Vivec won't scale particularly well.

The battles in M&B are indeed not RTS. It's 3rd Person Combat with the ability to give basic commands to your part of the natively up to 150(?) units on the battlefield at the same time.
Could anyone just tell me if they've tried the previously mentioned mod and if it is any good? I've never even played a mountain blade game before.
I get a 502 bad gateway when I click the link, what was it? [editline]14th June 2013[/editline] Looks like the nexus is just down, I guess.
Nexus is down. Would anybody happen to be able to re-upload the Thu'uMic mod? I'm sure somebody has it, google just doesnt have a mirror. Oops, got a page king on a dumb question thats already fixed. Here, take this thing to make up for it:
