Could anyone just tell me if they've tried the previously mentioned mod and if it is any good? I've never even played a mountain blade game before.
Mount & Blade
Admittedly though that was a bad idea for as game title, Everybody always hears it as mountain blade.
In this context it probably just means that the mod focuses on 20-30 size NPC battles where you can tell your NPC's where to stand and what formations to use. That's more or less how M&B's combat works.

I think it's up again.
It also appears to use sneaking mechanics and some sort of salary system. According to the author, the entire mod runs on AI packages and script to maintain compatibility with other mods. I guess I'll try it out, there doesn't seem to be a reason not to.
It looks like you're about to miss Lydia's face with that arrow, and hit that giant bystander in the distance
I recommend correcting your aim 25 degrees to the left
Fuck giants. Is it possible to ever kill them, or will they always smash me into the stratosphere?
At 20+ levels they become killable and eventually (after level 30-50) they are too easy. But once a power attack kills you, you will be propelled into the air anyway
Well. I'm level 39. I think I'm gonna go mug some giants.

Don't forget to mention the other features.
- If you join the Stormcloaks, then any guards affiliated with the Imperials will immediately turn hostile upon seeing you until you take the area they're stationed in, and vice versa.
- NPCs view your allegiance in the war by looking at which uniform you wear. Even if you're neutral, going into an Imperial fort wearing Stormcloak armor will induce a little more than just a few angry glares. However, this can also work to your advantage. If you join the Imperials, you can still walk into Windhelm unscathed as long as you don a Stormcloak uniform.
- The questline is now a tug of war on either side. As Lium mentioned, the cut quests to take certain cities have been re-implemented. However, this time you can lose the battles. Each time you lose a battle, you give the enemy another shot to attack any of the holds your faction currently owns. This continues until you can finally gain a victory.

This.
This is how it should've been in the first place.

Least its better than what I get on the laptop I use (I can't afford a DIY gaming rig.)

NDA's never mean jack shit for testers. They are mainly enforced for developers and contractors who have direct pipeline access and consequently the ability to reveal huge information if they wanted to.
As for the beta and beta testers, expect it to be livestreamed and youtubed to hell and back, the devs will be irked a bit, but at the end of the day they don't give a crap.

Good thing I haven't started the civil war quest on my current character. I'll use this ASAP, sounds awesome.
Call me shallow but my #1 concern is how much have they scaled back the stylization of 2012 TESO
#2 gameplay
If this is stylized then I want no part of stylization :v:
Now that first person is in, TESO actually looks fairly legit. Nonetheless I think I could only have so much fun with an MMO. Fantasy and Immersion concepts are lost the second you encounter -xXXSuperSniperXXx- teabagging the corpse of the local shopkeeper. If it becomes F2P or something I might give it a try, but MMOs have never really appealed to me so I probably won't get into it.
The only legitimate gripe anymore really is lore-[del]rape[/del] oh I'm sorry, lore-schemes, hopefully they work that shit out as best as possible.

Right, there's gonna be leaks
and the publisher is gonna take the videos down when they see them but by that time theyll be mirrored on tons of different sites
the beta has been going on for like month+ now. I really have not been seeing a lot of leaks.
Have a E3 ESO Coverage round up

Last time I tried to get some giant loot, two mammoths charged right at me, leaving me lucky enough to hear the dramatic music of a dragon checking in. Again, it picks the absolute worst times to send them in.
It seems Skyrim now wants me to have dragons. On every other character I've done I've barely had 1 dragon soul at once, I didn't even spend them often. Yet now I've got 6 on me at once, every time I am in a village or town there is a dragon. Oh god all the dragons.

She's sworn to stare at you all day.
Oh man I'm so bad modding.
Spent twenty minutes in Creation Kit wondering why the rotation and movement controls were acting funny...
[sp]camera was upside down :v[/sp]
I wonder how whatever you made would work in-game.
Install another enb he thought, it looked good in the screenshots he thought.
Completely forgot the tropical mod uses its own colour system.

Rip colours.
I see three colors; black, green and woman.
