http://www.dota2.com/newbloom/part2 The link above has the Winter Wyvern comic. [sp]Why do i have the feeling that some CM fanart is incoming?[/sp]
After playing some Darkest Dungeon, I came up with a hero idea. The hero is based on one of the character's spells (heals the target ally for 0-12 hp and may apply bleed on them if they fail the resistance roll). The first spell of this hero is based on this, and the other spells are worked around with the similar theme.
Serakah, the Occult Seeker INT, ranged, support Another support hero, yes, but those can be fun. Dunno about exact stats, just typical INT support stuff.

Q - Reshape Flesh ----------------- Target unit Magical damage Pierces spell immunity: On allies Debuff purgeable: Yes Instantly heals the target for a large amount, and then deals damage over time. Healing is stronger for allies while the damage per second is stronger for enemies. Damage over time is non-lethal for allies. Cast range: 700 Damage duration: 10 Ally heal: 200/300/400/500 Ally damage: 10/15/20/25 Enemy heal: 100/150/200/250 Enemy damage: 20/30/40/50 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14 seconds Mana: 100/120/140/160 A simple ritual with unstable results, this enchantment grants the target temporary vitality at the cost of opening their wounds.
When used on an ally, heals them for a hefty 500 health instantly, but they will take 250 damage over time, so it is less useful as a way to keep your allies' health from dunking during the laning phase, and more useful as a "enemies dived my carry, he is at half hp, better heal to full to save them". When used on an enemy, it is a weak harassing spell if the target has low hp, since they will first be healed for 250 and then take 500 damage over time, reduced to 375 damage after basic magic resist, reduced to a measly 125 damage after the heal has been taken to account. However, if the target is at full health when you cast this, the healing will be wasted, and so the net damage amount will be greater. Also comboes with the hero's ultimate spell.
W - Corrupt Blood ----------------- Target area, Affects all units Magical damage Pierces spell immunity: On allies Debuff purgeable: Yes Serakah corrupts the lifeblood of all living beings in an area, damaging them based on their current health and either boosting their power if an ally, or weakening them if an enemy. Heroes have their main attribute affected while non-hero units have their base damage affected. This effect can stack. First deals base damage and then damage based on current health. Deals bonus percentage damage based on the current amount of buffs on target. Each stack has their independent duration. Radius: 300 Cast range: 700 Base damage: 50 Percentage damage: 4/5/6/7% Attribute change: 4/5/6/7% Creep damage change: 4/5/6/7% Buff duration: 20/25/30/35 Cooldown: 8/7/6/5 Mana: 70 Blood corrupted by eldritch magic boils the veins, significantly shortening one's life.
EXAMPLE: If target has no buffs on them, the first cast deals 4/5/6/7% damage, if target has one buff on them, the second cast deals 8/10/12/14% damage, if the target has two buffs on them, the third cast deals 12/15/18/21% damage, if the target has three buffs on them, the fourth cast deals 16/20/24/28% damage, if the target has four buffs on them, the fifth cast deals 20/25/30/35% damage, and so on. Used less for instant damage, and more for buffing/debuffing heroes over the course of a long fight.
E - Mark of the Vexed --------------------- Target enemy hero Pierces spell immunity: No Debuff purgeable: No Marks the target enemy, granting vision of them. If the target is silenced or has taken damage during the last 2 seconds, they will be slowed and you will have true sight over them. If the target is also below a health treshold, they will be unable to go invisible or use blink dagger, and they will be permanently silenced until their health goes above the treshold. The mark does not count down in duration when target is below the treshold. As the target will be silenced when they're below the health treshold, they will be slowed and you will have truesight over them as well. Cannot be cast on magic immune enemies. Enemies that become magic immune afterwards are immune to the effects of the spell, but gaining magic immunity does not remove the debuff. Cast range: 800/1200/1600/2000 Duration: 8/12/16/20 seconds Movement slow: 20/30/40/50% HP treshold: 20/25/30/35% max HP Cooldown: 36/30/24/18 Mana: 120 Those chosen to be sacrificed shall feel endless desperation, that will only end upon their inevitable death.
A debuff that lasts a long while. Potentially extremely strong, potentially almost literally useless. Deals no damage nor does it boost damage dealt to the target, and it will only slow and grant sight if the target is silenced/damaged. However, if you get the target to low hp, they will be permanently silenced until they regain enough health to get above the treshold, meaning you can disable an enemy caster in teamfights and if they're unable to heal up, they won't be able to do anything useful. Since the debuff is not purgeable, you cannot purge this with Manta or Dark Pact, making it a very strong way to stop certain heroes from escaping - as long as you're able to get the target below the treshold.
R - Toll of Undeath ------------------- Target enemy hero HP removal Pierces spell immunity: Partial Serakah takes the life and soul away from her victim hero, turning them undead. While cursed, the target is unable to regain health through heals, health regeneration and lifesteal. Instead, they will take damage from the would-be healing. Additionally, a portion of all nearby enemies' healing and health regeneration will be redirected to the cursed hero, who will be damaged in the process. Aghanim's Scepter: Increases duration. Target now also receives damage based on the healing you and your team receive, if you are within the aura range. Your team won't have reduced healing, however. Damage taken from would-be healing is dealt as HP removal, meaning it won't cancel effects such as regen rune, bottle, or healing salve, nor will it put blink dagger on cooldown. Spell immunity blocks would-be healing converted into damage, but the target will still be unable to regain health. Cast range: 900 Duration: 5/6.5/8 seconds (*6/8/10* with Aghanim's Scepter) Healing into damage: 30/45/60% Aura healing redirected: 20/30/40% Aura radius: 900 Cooldown: 90/75/60 seconds Mana: 150/225/300 Living creatures are but walking corpses, unknowing of the demise that awaits them. And corpses shall not regenerate lost flesh, they shall not breathe, they shall not live.
EXAMPLE: If the target's ally heals themselves for 200 health, 40% of this is redirected to the target (so the target's ally heals for 120, and the target steals 80 of the healing) and 60% of this is converted into damage (so they take 60% of 80 as damage, which is 48 damage.) Use on the important enemy and make them unable to lifesteal or be healed. Extremely potent on heroes like Lifestealer, Necrophos, Oracle, Wisp or Huskar. As the damage dealt by the spell is HP removal, it won't be reduced by resistances. This also means if the target uses a Regeneration Rune or they are healed by Heart of Tarrasque, you can throw the spell on them and instead of regenerating health at a fast rate, they'll be degenerating their health.
dat CM face at page 5, holy shit
