I tried starting a thread on reddit, but it only received a couple of replies, and it was mostly one guy passing it off because of the artwork. A few days later a thread opened up about hero concepts and my mod got a mention by someone in the comments. I left a reply linking to the mod and in that day alone, I gained 375 new visitors and some subscribers. Crescent radius needs to be larger, 75 units wide at the start seems like it would be enough for melee range but it actually is very tiny. Melee heroes have 125 attack range and they don't attack very far, do they? If the projectile is so thin at the start it is [I]very[/I] easy to dodge if you're close to her. Make it 125 radius at start and maybe from 300 end radius anywhere from 450 to 375, if you don't want it to be too high. I'd definitely play as this hero quite a bit when we'd need a carry/roamer, at least when it comes to the mechanics - I can't say I'm a fan of the anime-esque look for her.

[/quote] This ability is the one I'm most unhappy with, and I plan on re-doing it completely to incorporate Libation stacks somehow. Probably a single-target nuke that can deal a ton of damage similar to Centaur's Double-Edge and Shadow Demon's Poison Touch. The ability checks health as a percentage, so if Hylonome's max HP is 1000, but her target's is 3000 but only has 1500 left, then Hylonome has 100% hp and her target only 50% hp, which reduces their damage and movespeed. If someone is sitting in base for over a minute to get max stacks, then they are wasting their time and money. As for the "anime-esque" look, is this just because of the artwork or her "overall" appearance? I don't really follow any artists that commission "realistic" concept art, and this one was rather cheap. I want to save up my pennies and get some more "offical" looking art done.

That's 15 x 40 bonus damage overall which would make her jungle a loot faster early on, so hopefully it wouldn't give her too much of a head start. But 45 sec cooldown does sound good. But based on some of Centaur Warrunner's voice lines and item descriptions, only time I would see a centaur carrying someone on their back is if they are carrying a wounded ally but they need to also wield a weapon to fend off enemies, since he couldn't carry both a wounded ally and a weapon in his hands at the same time. And enslaved centaurs would probably rather die than be humiliated by being turned into "carrier wagons". Also Enchantress is a dryad, not a centaur, so she probably wouldn't be bothered by such pride-related things. As for character design, I think a more mongolian design would be a better fit honestly. A japanese katana-wielding Satsuki centaur would feel off considering the lore of the centaurs.
I've never found centaurs too interesting beings, but I like Bradwarden since it portrays him almost as an artist when it comes to killing, like he isn't just a brute half-horse-half-man killing machine, but rather holds immense passion for his work. You'll have some thinking to do if you want Hylonome have an equally interesting character without being a carbon copy. Also for the looks of the hero, a too feminine and graceful look will be bad I think, Dota is already packed with such female heroes, and horses also seem like very muscular and athletic animals to me, so a centaur would probably be very similar to that. You don't need to make her face look just like a horse's, just don't make the human torso be ...too light, if that makes sense. I would also hate to scrap the centaur look, since the name Hylonome is based on Greek mythology. And I think I know what you mean by "light", but she is supposed to look frail and weak, even though she isn't. I'll definitely look into making her less of a waifu and more "realistic", if that makes sense. Thank you for the feedback though!
