Also, where the fuck is Alexa? She's necessary for one of my quests, but no matter the time of day, she won't show up in the Outfitter hangar
She's at a spot for one of her Heart to Hearts. It's really dumb that if you don't remember which HtH you're on and/or you haven't gotten the map indicator of where it is yet, party members can be locked out unless you look it up. Why you can't just switch party members out whenever like in the first game is beyond confusing. I mean there's even a space on the party member recruitemnt menu that says "reserve members" why the fuck is that even THERE if you can't actually keep party members in reserve
To be fair it is pretty immersion breaking if you could swap them out whenever. They could of fixed it into the plot if the BLADEs were given say... some kind of communicator they can make calls with.
[recruitable character spoilers] oh my GOD [sp]NAGI IS A RECRUITABLE CHARACTER?? that's fucking awesome[/sp]
[recruitable character spoilers] oh my GOD [sp]NAGI IS A RECRUITABLE CHARACTER?? that's fucking awesome[/sp]
[sp]If I remember, he and others were DLC recruitables. They sadly have no Heart-to-Heart or I still haven't found any[/sp]
[sp]i found nagi's 3rd h2h but no others[/sp] :v:
[sp]Sorry, I am completely mistaken. Nagi is a vanilla one. I mistaken him with another one.[/sp]
[sp]Nagi's______[/sp] 2nd affinity mission is amazing. I'm not a big fan of [sp]Metal Gear Rising___[/sp] but it's straight up [sp]DON'T FUCK WITH THIS SENATOR! OVERDRIVE, SON![/sp] Helps that they have "[sp]I'm not just some empty suit![/sp]" and "[sp]You messed with the wrong senator![/sp]" as post battle lines. You can tell they used their animation budget on scenes like that and Chapter 11's final part cutscene.
So, uh, what's with the Skell weapons that do no damage, but only give like, tiny buffs?
[sp]If I remember, he and others were DLC recruitables. They sadly have no Heart-to-Heart or I still haven't found any[/sp]
DLC characters have heart-to-hearts, they just aren't counted towards completion %, and they don't show up on the hexes in the overworld map.
So, uh, what's with the Skell weapons that do no damage, but only give like, tiny buffs?
Since skell weapons directly equate to arts, some have to equate to auras/buffs/debuffs. That usually comes in the form of shields mounted to the skell's wrists, but I have a thermal laser that does very meh damage but gives the target a thermal resistance debuff that's HUGE. So huge in fact that my skell's shoulder weapon (which already does high damage for level 20 equipment) can nearly oneshot anything below level 33. Do not underestimate skell aura/buff/debuff weapons.
