I don't understand everyones problem with Golg.
Just have one person take the gaze, and use one bubble at a time.
It'll take about 10 minutes, but no one died when doing it that way for me.

I don't know. We had two gaze takers and that was all fine and dandy until we started blowing up because no one was killing the Cursed Thralls. No one suggested only using one gaze taker. Everyone in that group knew what they were doing too (except me) but I don't think anyone raided together before so I think some egos were getting in the way. I dropped out eventually because we lost four, got four more, no one knew anything really, and I was tired of Destiny at that point. I know they eventually cleared the raid fully an hour after I left though.

Have two guys on each side clearing adds, two in the middle clearing pit.
Once all the adds are done with, one person gets the gaze as the other drop a bubble.
Snipe Golg from puddle till 3 seconds left of Gaze then repeat.
It helps having a guy who's sole job is killing thrall

Might have to pick up the Yr 2 Nighthawk. I always hated how niche it's perks were but I'm finding myself wishing I had it every time I'm up against some taken power house we have to kill quickly like on the Black Spindle Heroic mission
Done my first y2 Nightfall last night, had to kill the Undying Mind. Used my 3 of Coins for the 3rd or 4th time, only got 2 blues after it died, it was pretty demotivating
But then the Nightfall loot screen came on which I forgot about, got The Jade Rabbit :D so happy

Huh. Ran into a weird bug doing PoE. Me and a buddy had zero sound, except for the random bullet or footstep, while the third guy had no sound issues. I left to orbit where mine and the other guys sound problem went away, then came back the second I hit join fireteam. When I came back I again could not hear anything, then the third guys sound also dropped.

yeah I've had similar sound issues on ps4 PoE; the patch the other day made it a tiny bit better but it still happens

Damn if I hadn't self revived a few times I wonder if it would have gone the same, good shit to all; crazy seeing myself from your perspective. Goddamn the amounts of black orb captains in that room.

So I tried the raid last night, got all the way up to the part where you have to [sp]pass off the deathsinger's buff[/sp] and then the hurricane conditions here took down a wire that took out all connection :(
Not upset about losing my progress, the group I was with was just cool and 99% of destinylfg raid groups will kick people who havent done KF yet

Yeah, radiance is a fucking blessing most of the time. But since this was my first time in such a situation (small-ish room filled with mobs that want your soul) I literally froze in confusion a couple of times.
