these guys had an lfg post that said 295+ must be experienced!
i joined and asked if everyone had done the oryx fight before, they all said yes
so i say "okay then ill be the runner"
like 3 people go "i thought the runner was random"
i thought for a moment and then asked "how many of you guys have [I]actually[/I] done this part?" and they all said not me
okay so its totally fine if you want to get only experienced raid members but fucking be experienced yourself god damnit

My first raid group was all people who knew what to do but me and no one was mad about needing to take two minutes to explain fights to me.
yeah its like if they told me in the first place i wouldn't be that mad
i don't mind explaining it to people but i just wanted to get oryx done on my hunter before the week ended, not spend 3 hours carrying 12 year olds through the fight

I am so fucking angry at Crucible today. I have not won a single match, and people in Rift are fucking hardcore mouthbreathers who probably don't even know what mode they queued up for. Bunch of God damn retards. I need two wins for the Crucible quest, just two, and I can't fucking get it. I got 18 kills last game which is more than my team combine minus one other person, who got 12. Everyone else was 6 or less. No one was ever at the spark. Fucking God damn it.

This is my vision of the situation:
Personally, I couldn't give a damn about his attitude if it was sporadic and respectable of others at least. But as it stands, his comments on situations that happen in this thread are often (and this is just ironic) acid and barely ever contribute to the general good mood in here or the lack of asshood-ery out and about in posts. I explained him some days ago that while he went off on Iron Banner and basically calling people idiots/losers, he could've instead done what he ACTUALLY did eventually, which was simply explaining his point of view as opposed to what others were saying in a concise and well mannered way. THIS is how you debate or talk about stuff, this is how one exposes different opinions (or at least it's how it [I]should[/I] be) but he often ignores that and makes random angsty, really juvenile remarks on shit that really wouldn't need any.
My first contact with him in this thread was pretty damn bad and I remember the exact reason why because he keeps reminding me in his posts, but I personally don't really pan or single him out completely because of that one event regarding me. But my god, sometimes it's hard putting up with someone with a complete disregard for what anyone else thinks, especially if it differs from his own views.
All in all, Acid, I wish you were a lil bit less of an ass but I won't go so far as to make you (especially since I have no way to) however people will just eventually ignore you.

For some reason matchmaking keeps sending me alone on strikes. Is it because my light level isn't high enough (it's 243) or my poor connection?
Also I've been less active in Destiny recently, hope I will fix that later.
I always try to get into a fire team on a low level strike to just carry some newbs but I always get put into a team that's my level. Even when that strike isn't one of the daily bounties.

More fun to have a full team of storm callers with blink
storm callers don't have blink except that teleport they get when in super, which is quite bad compared to landfall and the other perk for double chaining
hammer is way more problematic and broken
