I totally got rid of the quest reward one. I'll probably go for the New Monarchy one as a replacement then as I've read the vendor one comes near perfectly rolled and I'm not crazy about the idea of chasing good rolls from faction packages.

no one is saying you need the perfect perk roll, as i said before, i use a firefly in the crucible because of its base stats and its scope
i dont run black spindle because its an exotic, it has a shitty scope that you cant change, and the perks are useless
with 1000 yard stare at least it means i can use red death as my primary and have a good scope on my sniper
honestly use whatever the fuck you want. I've been killed by dudes rolling the spindle in Iron banner more than once.
Use whatever you want but be at a disadvantage lol

Couple reasons:
- Spindle's exotic perk is really only viable in a few pve fights
- Takes an exotic slot
- Poor magazine size
- Carries much less reserve ammo
- Doesn't benefit from any other perks.
Meanwhile, the Stare is better in a wide variety of situations. I fed my Spindle to my Stare and haven't looked back.

Pulse rifles are awesome in pve idk what you're talking about.
The Iron Banner roll on the Mercy is good as fuck in PvE and PvP. Outlaw is good in both and Third Eye is also good in both imo.

a herja d isn't gonna infinitely refill itself with bullets and charge my super every time I glance away from the screen
Tried to kill oyrx with a group for 40 minutes and they were just straight retarded, now I can't even find a group on destinylfg. Everyone wants people with malice, but I can't even get a oryx kill to complete my quest, it's like madness.
Finally reached Rank 5 of the IB, feels good.

Malice is great for oryx, seriously its only use is the sisters and oryx, but a good sniper will do just fine. People are retarded.
My group is to the point of not ever dying in the raid except when we prank each other on the jump puzzles. :v:
We almost don't even communicate on Oryx now because everyone knows what everyone else is doing.

I have now got Nirwen's, believe me, THAT is hopscotch 2.0. That pulse rifle is insane.

also the original spare change sucked unless you rolled counter balance
it has horizontal recoil added to the vertical
Either way it's a 2 shot kill with no recoil.

I just can't seem to get an oryx kill, I just went through 3 more groups that ragequit. People fuck up platforms, don't explode orbs, have zero teamwork, I'm never going to get a oryx kill at this rate. It's extremely frustrating because I'm stuck between idiots who can't do simple things and "You don't have a kill so no invite" :|
I rolled an Ironwreath with Spray n Play and Appended Magazine, which turns out to be a pretty decent combination
