joining now, ps4 was being a bitch. [editline]18th October 2015[/editline] For the record, people using google dns on their ps4, psn servers aren't playing nice with it today.
Damn, forgot to use my 3 of coins.
And the nightfall rewards are as disappointing as ever.
Anyway, IB time. Anyone wanna link up?
I had to go, had people waiting me apparently and didn't even remember. Also, I strongly advise everyone to get Nirwen's I had barely ever used pulse rifles but even so this thing is amazing. You don't even have to be that good at PvP, I know I'm not. Just gotta be lucky with the teams you're put into in IB and not join an ongoing game where it's already 15000 vs your team's 6000 @ score.
Anyone who camps in corridors with sword in IB is a cowardly piece of shit. Who a whole team does it just to catch up and win because they suck, that's even worse.
So just throw grenades down the corridor?
Yes, because we always have grenades available in IB.
310 Alpha Lupi, 310 Taikonaut...give me 310 Warlock gear you stupid game.
At least you are getting 310 gear :frown:
Anyone who camps in corridors with sword in IB is a cowardly piece of shit. Who a whole team does it just to catch up and win because they suck, that's even worse.
that's a shit strategy that you shouldn't be losing to lol
that's a shit strategy that you shouldn't be losing to lol
Not often someone does, but being boxed in by an entire team with swords with no ammo except primary is a bitch.
Finally back. I've actually been having a LOT of fun with sleeper simulant in PvP, nobody really expects it coming and I've seen at least three guys panic at the sight of the rifle charging. Plus I've cleared the B zone (in Rusted Lands) of 3 guys by firing a beam at one and it somehow while ricocheting beat two others. Best use of the "Safe!" emotion I've ever done.
I guess this is more of a general ignorant PS4 question, but I recently bought a used PS4 with Destiny already on the hard drive. Since I had to make the new profile, do I still have access to it? I played the beginning of the tutorial but it says "TRIAL MODE" on the orbit screen so I'm guessing this is because I need to buy the game?
At least you are getting 310 gear :frown:
Save your exotic engrams till you get to 300.

I was gonna buy Destiny anyways, but it would've been nice to get it free. And there's some other nice stuff on there as well.
i would wait for the mercy, i just bought the ironwreath because i had the spare marks [editline]18th October 2015[/editline] considering how many posts youve made recently about how many "retarded" raid groups you get maybe they're not the problem
I for one have noticed there are a lot of really stupid people on lately, still lots of people doing the raid for the first time. I can't even find a game of people that knows what they're doing on Warpriest -_- One group was advertising for war priest because they didn't know where they were. It was the jump puzzle
maybe just maybe this is a NEW RAID and some people havent done it yet and they need parts to be explained to them
My first raid ever in Destiny was King's Fall, and I knew NOTHING about the raid mechanics, I didn't even know there were mechanics at all I thought it'd be like a strike and everything would be explained throughout it. I was wrong but ONE guy in the fireteam knew what we were supposed to do, explained it and I always did my part. It doesn't matter if it's your first time, if there's a guy telling you before starting the section what you need to do... Do it. There's no excuse for telling someone to hold an area or hide behind the freaking monuments in the Warpriest fight and having two fuckers not do something that simple, dying and fucking up the next cycle by not being around for a while.
y'all are way too judgemental, stop acting like you were all perfect on your first raid, i know i made my fair share of mistakes even though someone explained it to me in detail
Save your exotic engrams till you get to 300.
I'm not very smart when it comes to the light stuff. I think I got 275 and that's as far up as I can get.
y'all are way too judgemental, stop acting like you were all perfect on your first raid, i know i made my fair share of mistakes even though someone explained it to me in detail
It's not judgemental to expect some sort of coordination from people who signed up for something that requires coordination. There's nothing dumb about that. I wasn't perfect but I didn't do stupid things I wasn't supposed to do like walk up to the Warpriest and repeatedly shotgun him in the face and yell on the microphone "I'm trying to damage him but I can't!" when everything had already been explained and, supposedly, understood by said person.
Is it really that hard to post a "LF experienced group" on the LFG site? I've never had any troubles completing the raid with the random parties that invite me.
the only issue arises when people ask for experienced players when they haven't done the raid, something that has happened multiple times since TTK dropped some of you just need to be patient with people, this raid is really complicated when its described instead of actually doing it, if youre doing it with new players expect them to mess up at some point no other FPS ive ever seen has content that requires the level of coordination and intricacy that the destiny raids do

I think it's the "Psh, I don't even care what you say" players that fuck up the most and then play the blame game on others that were doing their jobs. That's what triggers me the most.
I was invited to a group yesterday that was convinced that you couldn't have more than two people in either side of the totems rooms
i would wait for the mercy, i just bought the ironwreath because i had the spare marks
Well, I got a Last Word already as my primary. If I play a bit longer, I can get to Rank 5 and buy the Mercy, but is it really worth it if I got an exotic primary? I feel like I oughta just get the pistol.
