Just finished Destiny. Im glad i only paid $15 used, other wise a full $60 purchase would of been a waste. What a short story that didnt really have any impact on anything. I dont feel comfortable yet paying for the expansions. How do you guys lvl up after reaching 20? I did some patrols, those are fun and the Crucible is fun too but what else?

Taken King improves the game in almost every single aspect, IMO it's worth the money. After reaching level 20, the Taken King missions are a natural progression

As everyone else is saying, it'd probably be a clever idea to trade in your copy of Destiny for the retail version of the Taken King, as it includes all the DLCs currently available + the expansion.
The base game sucks. The vault is fun, but pointless. You're locked out of the best content in the game too.

he was close to your spawn, but why turn around and run back into him when you know he still has a golden gun shot left?

It could have, ya know, spawned me on the other side of the map near the rest of my team instead of right next to him like a retard.
maybe there were enemies where your teammates were? its hard to judge a clip like that when its on a tiny map with a sizable time delay and you ran into him

I am so, so insanely angry right now.
Running Trials, on a massive hot streak, six matches won, game disconnects. No reason given, just connection lost. Kicked back to the main menu. Can't rejoin. Team takes a loss. Get to seventh game, lose. Fucking unbelievable horseshit keeps us from our first Trials win. Random fucking unexplained disconnect ruins the whole God damn motherfucking run. I am so angry about this my hands are shaking.
I have [I]never[/I] gotten a forced disconnect from Destiny ever before and it happens during the one single fucking moment when you don't want it to happen, when you can't rejoin.
Until when does Trials run? I've yet to experience it if anyone wants in on it.

Fuck, I just realized two people were feeding one guy in that game.
First lighthouse of y2, got an adept scout rifle, don't know how good it is yet. I also got the Ghost shell.
The scout rifle you get from 7 wins is the best auto rifle in the game.

It comes with full auto and fires extremely fast, hilariously fast for a scout rifle.

The new Trials weapons have a random 1st perk, autofire is just one of the possible combinations. I got full auto on my flawless one and rodeo on an endgame reward scout rifle.
