I'm now halfway done with my triumphs. I really need to focus my attention on one task, I've been doing some dark below, some house of wolves, and also going through the story again on my other classes

I know I'm late to answer but I got a warning message late last night saying they were going to be rebooting the 'service' soon and you may experience connection errors. Wasn't anything malicious, but the warning wasn't pushed well enough. Had swapped characters and I guess it thought I logged in again and pushed it like a new feature message

Okay, I figured it was something like that. Kept getting kicked out like right at the end of the Vanguard strikes. Was pissing me off! I'm SO close to 100 Vanguard points. lol

I "try again" constantly and it's still doing it. Seems to only happen towards the end of a strike.

let me know if anyone's available for some random ps4 destiny stuff later around 6-7pm est, have every weekly thing to do still, and never been in a 32 prison of elders; finally got a treasure key last night for turning in all the contracts. I swear 3 times in a row I farmed a pack of wolves on earth and then the moon and wasn't able to find the bullshit ether chest before the timer wore out. I'm not particularly fond of key farming system but its whatever
Is trials of osiris worth it for anyone who's done it ?

Yes. It is a way easier way of getting Etheric Light then doing the boring ass PoE. And I'm serious about it being easier; you can get the gold package pretty easily if you have a good team and a PvP head on your shoulders. It's also the most fun I've had in Destiny ever.
Finally did Crota. I thought it would be much longer compare to VoG.

Crotas End is basically worse than VoG in every way
After my group hit 34 we could 3 man crota in 15 minutes.

I think they meant going back to Crota after HoW released, but yeah being level 34 turns hard crota into an even easier cakewalk

VoG is probably the most fun activity in the game, maybe 2nd behind the Skolas fight now that it has been out so long and played so much.

Confluxes and Oracles are all about strategy and enemy management. As long as you know what you are doing, you can 3 man these two sections with ease. For the first two stages of confluxes, its fairly self explanatory, but it should be noted that killing enemies who spawn in the middle before they get a chance to move causes them to teleport over to the left conflux, which is one of the things that fucks you up the most. Since I'm assuming youre running this with 6 people, the easiest way to do this is to have 2 people right (1 person on cave, 1 person on stairs) 2-3 people left (1-2 on cave, 1 on stair/mid duty) and then the remaining 1-2 people in mid (protecting, making sure the goblins dont teleport over to left). Dividing and conquering is the easiest way to manage this stage.
Now for the oracles, the biggest crux is communication. I would recommend learning the positions of all of the oracle spawns and labeling them (my friends and I use L1-L3, R1-R3 and mid). You can do this from up top or the regular way, but putting 3 left, 1 mid, and 2 right is an easy way to manage this. If you call out the oracles when they spawn and what their position is, it allows for your fireteam members to quickly focus on taking them down wherever they are.

I don't know how fun I consider it to be, but the feeling of excitement after my first time killing skolas was matched only by killing hard Dark Souls bosses
Vog is definitely fun, but fuck praetorians and hobgoblins

Still happening!!! Factory reset my router, maybe that'll fix it. Can't even complete a full strike.
Anyone know an actual solution for this other than: "wait and try again?"

5 man'd VoG last night, actually went pretty smoothly. Got nothing but mats up until Atheon where I finally, after 10 times, I got not one, but two helmets.
So far so good after a router factory reset... Sitting in the reef for the last 15ish minutes with no disconnect...

Make sure you use the one with the better stats.
