You must be some sort of masochist if you think Gorgon's Labyrinth is fun. If it was guaranteed that you would get something good at the end, I'd say it's worth it, but instead it all comes down to RNG, and chances are, you'll just get shitty ascendant shards.
Hard to believe that it's already almost been a year since the game came out. I have lots of good memories, especially from VoG. everyone thought it was the hardest thing ever. I remember all the ridiculous exploits like Pushing the Templar and atheon off the ledge. As valid as the complaints against this game may be, I had a really fun time with it
I just think it's dumb that there's no matchmaking for raids. I would rather play with a bunch of randoms and MAYBE have a chance at succeeding instead of searching for random people myself.

why does something have to have good rewards to be considered good
its part of the raid, the chest is optional but you have to do the maze to progress
theres practically no luck or RNG about it, its all knowledge, patience, and communication

Raid matchmaking is a horrible idea. No one would communicate because all the morons will flock to it, thinking it's just a six player strike. Atheon would be a nightmare.
Also putting up a LFG thing for yourself and waiting for a party invite isn't hard.
