You've already downloaded it in the 18gb patch from last week.
Tomorrow there will be a small content update to enable TTK content at 10am BST/2am PST. (Usual Reset time).
What exactly is there to download? 2.0 is TTK you just don't have access to the content

I've played pretty much every day. Mine said like 1.98gb.
The 2.0 update was definitely around 18gb.
