I'm not an expert but if you're taking few hits and dying fast, I'd suggest looking at your build and focusing on armor, then on recovery. agility probably isn't helping you much here

Actually no, they can show up on any map if we're thinking of the same one.
Someone thinks you might only be able to find a specific part(because there's four) according to your Gunsmith rep level. So at one you can only find one, etc.

You get the quest at gunsmith level 2. At level 3 you get a quest for an exotic.

Do the scourge of winter mission on venus, make sure to bring with you a rocket launcher, get to the boss, use a coin before battling him and kill him and yourself with one rocket shot, the fight will reset but the loot stays, once the fight restarts use another coin and repeat until you're all out
