Honestly from what you said, the weapons are very strong but require a lot of material to create both the weapon and ammunition. If the ammunition is hard to come by without cheating then you wont be able to "kill everything in one shot" because you wont have enough for "everything".

Because I don't have the time nor the patience to run around all of Skyrim to find everything I need to test each individual thing, and test how a musket would work during leveling.

My problem is that I'm supposed to learn the last word of the shout that you use on his shrine things for the story quest, but I need a dragon soul to learn it, and I can't get one because of him. Am I stuck?

You can't really directly import it. You can load up both the ESP and make a copy of it though. There might be a tool that merges esp though

My favorite moment in my entire time in Skyrim was the time I installed a mod that'd let me absorb Alduin's soul and fucking Miraak showed up and took it.

Is blood on the ice supposed to start whenever you enter windhelm for the first time? Because the quest hasn't started on my second playthrough yet, but it did on my first one iIrc.
