I don't like mods that force me to install other stuff I'm not interested in so I wasn't gonna use it anyway. Too much stuff that can break.
Pretty sure it just requires a skeleton, which all animation mods does.
Does EFF's follower combat mode options include spellsword (Belrand, Teldryn Sero)?

Also can I make a follower use a healing spell on me?
Anyone?

Well a lot of the best mods need certain frameworks and stuff. It's the mods that require other mods that I would be wary of.
But really, just make sure everything is compatible and all that and you should have no issues. Read descriptions and such.
I just remembered how when I didn't have skyrim I always looked around the workshop for mods, and most of those were crazy stuff like tf2 weapons, a portal gun, mudcrab reskins, basically dumb unfitting stuff, and now I only install lore friendly inmersive mods.
rip merge

All the "patches" the mod requires are just left-handed meshes of mods that add new weapons, all the vanilla weapons are included in the origninal mod, as well as some mod packs in the installer.
As for XPMS and FNIS, there are so many animation-related mods out there that requires them that I'd almost consider them as mandatory as SKSE and SKYUI.
i feel sorry for people who want to turn their skyrim experience into a porn experience
uh fuck. can't both have defluffed perks AND get the XP fix for the Dexterity skilltree apparently. thanks to whoever made this mod :(
I never understood why he had such indescriptive perks anyway.
I can see why you want immersive text, but really, imagine if all the items had the same sort of descriptions.
'This Armor has an enchantment which protects you slightly from fire!'
What XP fix?
What XP fix?
There's some problems with the Dexterity skill in PM and the rate you gain it. There was a semi-official fix but I guess there's some conflicts with it.

I'm using the Perma Bugfix on the PCaPP page along with Perma Defluffing Perks just fine
I feel a sudden urge to play Morrowind. So I'mma do that.

Hmm or maybe not cause I really can't be bothered to set up my mods for it.
does anyone else think that dark0ne is a little weird
he keeps bringing up in his blog that "I KNEW THAT THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, THEY TOLD ME"
He's fairly mild as far as Nexus users go. :p
Great, Skyrim's crashing after the intro screen now.
I guess this is what I get for messing with ENBs, but even without them it still crashes now.

Well, he did heavily imply it when he made that blog post about modding as a hobby vs. modding as a career almost exactly one month before the paid mods debacle. It's fairly obvious that he knew it was coming and probably made that blog to warn us in a subtle way.

I don't think thats a glitch that ENB's cause, unless you installed something wrong.
Have you installed or removed any mods recently? Have you deleted any .dll files while trying to switch ENB's?

If you have PerMa or SkyRe or anything else that comes with a patcher, you have to be sure to run the patcher after every time you add a new mod otherwise it will CTD on the menu
If you don't have anything like that then I'd just run TES5Edit anyway to see what causes conflcition
What the hell, the moment you guys say something Skyrim suddenly launches up with zero problems
I swear every problem I've had fixes itself when I ask someone for help :v:
If Bethesda doesn't forget to build off the lore of their games, you can expect this in either the next installment or the one afterwards. At least one of the Akaviri invasions was solely to remove dragons, and since dragons have returned, you can very well expect them to return to finish the job.
Well, there's a possibility that the Men of Akavir have all been eaten by snake-people since then, so yeah.
(Alternatively, they were snake people all along, and the Second Empire's historians were absolutely terrible at their jobs.)
The plot of Skyrim would make it easy to add an Akaviri invasion, though-- regardless of who wins the Civil War, the Empire is weakened further than before, and (canonically) the Dominion isn't actually a lot better off.
gave my follower dialogue that detects if he's naked and the player is naked. it should scare the shit out of anyone who uses him for sex

I kinda wanna know what he says
I kinda wanna know what he says
Heres what he says so far
"I think you should put some clothes on."
"Are you aware that you have no clothes on?"
"I will pay you to put some clothes on."
"I don't like where this is going."
"Mines bigger."
"I've seen bigger."
"Please put the penis away."
"I don't want to see your soft, shitty body."
"I will cut it off if that thing goes near me."
"At least pay me first."
I kinda wanna know what he says
Naw, you gotta install and find that out, it's part of the joy of discovery.

I like all these little quirks, bits and pieces you've been adding to your follower character. Really can't wait to see the completed result.
What's wrong with DSR?
Breaks everything, does not patch correctly, also breaks everything.
Mod list? That can't seriously just be an ENB
I thought you might have been right for a second, but checked my files and nope. It's just oblivion, my own ENB config, and 4K resolution downsampling (which has a pretty huge effect on image clarity)
There is a cloud mod on the Nexus that totes itself as a "lore friendly retexture"
how the fuck can a cloud be lore friendly?
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56279/?
"lore friendly" has turned into a buzzword for advertising like "All Natural" and "Retina Display"

It's just a buzzword to attract more people.

Fucking ninja'd.
since i just went on another TES lore bender, ending in CHIM of all fucking things, i'm now in the headspace that all mods are lore friendly.
