There is a cloud mod on the Nexus that totes itself as a "lore friendly retexture"
how the fuck can a cloud be lore friendly?
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56279/?
A bit more optimistically, you could say it means "doesn't look out of place." Nexus is full of people who will spend all day asking if a mod's lore-friendly, but heaven forbid they actually decide for themselves . . .
since i just went on another TES lore bender, ending in CHIM of all fucking things, i'm now in the headspace that all mods are lore friendly.
It really gets fun when CHIM starts to just make sense. That's where the really interesting stuff starts to come in.

basically what this recent delve into the deep end of elder scrolls lore that i have done has shown me is that the player has no idea what havok they're wreaking on the entire universe but the construction set is canon so it is all okay
I'm using the Perma Bugfix on the PCaPP page along with Perma Defluffing Perks just fine
I was using another patch. Kudos.
Breaks everything, does not patch correctly, also breaks everything.
Never done any of that for me. My only gripe is that if you combine the patcher with the perkus maximus patcher you're in for a world of pain every time you remove a mod they've patched.
construction set is canon
you don't understand CHIM yet, lore harder
CHIM is basically coming to the realization that the boundaries of reality can be stretched and altered because reality itself is a falsehood.

It's not that reality is a falsehood, it's that reality is just a dream being thought up of by a massive god floating endlessly in space.
I think.

i'm pretty sure the godhead is supposed to be your computer and the dream is whenever you're playing the game, or maybe i'm going way too meta for this
On an entirely different subject, are there any mods out there that make the weather rainy/snowy a lot more often than usual?

There are probably some cloud mods that are not lore friendly on the place that shall not be named. But I'm afraid to look it up.
Oh god theres horses ricocheting around the map at warp speed everywhere what did I do
Skooma Bear is Lore Friendly

are you running the game above 60 fps?
I can't seem to find a mod that gives perks to followers. I don't understand why some never have them in the first place.

I actually asked him and he said this.

Fair enough.

balancing, I guess. most followers cap at level 50 or lower and come with a few perks

Never mind, I found one. Gotta uninstall CoT to use it though.
are you running the game above 60 fps?
maybe? guess I have to cap it?

The best you'll get is mods like disparity or resplendent that give npcs new racials that activate in combat
The other day I found the headless horseman. Well, I catched a glimpse of him before he started bouncing everywhere and then flew to the skies at ligth speed, blending with the night and dissapearing forever. Skyrim sure knows how to handle npcs riding horses.
Why do my followers keep sprinting into me for several seconds whenever I stop? Is there any way to fix that?

"pinup animation powers"
the more i see his videos, i more i take him less seriously
[editline]7th May 2015[/editline]
like i installed those pinup animations myself thinking that it would contain some decent posing animations but 95% of the animations are waifu bullshit, so i would know
I don't really think it's his intention to be taken seriously, but ok :v:
I thought you might have been right for a second, but checked my files and nope. It's just oblivion, my own ENB config, and 4K resolution downsampling (which has a pretty huge effect on image clarity)
Any chance I could get that ENB config? :v:

Y'know that mod that randomly generates names for generic NPCs? There should be a mod like that, but every hover to interact object gets a random buzzword.
Immersive Door, Realistic Golden Claw, 4K Skulvar Sabre-Hilt

Skulvar is not an object you... you... misandrist... meanie! >:c
Recently tried to get back into this for some reason. Most of my stuff still worked fine, but I was trying to update some of my mods through NMM and I accidentally updated to a newer version of the HDT physics extension, which is no longer compatible with some ponytail mod I had and causes the physics to break on it.
Googling through all this old stuff from 2013/2014 and a lot of it seems to have disappeared off the internet.
One of the things that always annoyed me in skyrim was the lack of cloth/hair physics so it would be nice if this stuff could just work without there being so many catches.

I started playing again too, told MO to check for updates, went "Fuck that shit." because I knew my game was in working condition already.
Ain't breaking what isn't broken.

Every time he makes a video somewhere in the vanilla land space, I get really jealous. His game looks damned good, waifu aside.
also that animation is terrible holy crap, that's the weakest throw in history, and i'm a terrible thrower

So long as he doesn't shove it in anyone's faces I really don't mind it. I'm of the opinion you can have whatever bizarre fetish you want, so long as you don't go telling the whole damned world.
[sp]also i tried using that mod and got disappointed too[/sp]
What exactly did you expect from a mod with "pinup" in the name anyways?
