I wonder if it's possible to make a mod with Arx Fatalis/Dark Messiah power attacks. They're like Oblivion/Skyrim's regular directional power attacks but instead you get to hold down the button and release it when you want to attack. So if you fuck up the timing you are still able to maneuver around to unleash the attack. And for a little flair, it'd be neat to give it a bellcurve on the damage, so you get a small window in which you can do some bonus damage.

Although he repeats the same thing every day, I like hearing it as background noise. Whiterun would be too quiet without him

Definitely need more background characters like Heimskr that have some presence ingame besides just being there pretty much entirely for you. Schedules on the regular dudes are just too minute and unnoticeable and, in most cases, they rarely matter because you can find them doing the same shit pretty much all the time. That NPC activity mod thingy that a guy was working on, someone posted it here a while back, would be great if something like it was present in TESVI.
