could you also disable their regen during combat? or make it so that we can customise npc magic stats with skyui, if that's at all possible
Unfortunately I couldn't find anything on changing or disabling the regen on NPCs, it actually might be a glitch that they don't share the same magicka regen rates during combat and out of combat with the player.
Is there a simple mod out there that makes combat music actually play when you're fighting enemies even if you're at a high level? Smarter Combat Music is a broken pile of dick and I can't find any good, easy alternatives.
How come my character isn't making any sounds while shouting?
How come my character isn't making any sounds while shouting?
Maybe they are a mute. Don't be rude.
So would the character just be thinking really loud at something?
I'm pretty sure the Anticipations are Almsivi just BSing the Dunmer with their similar personality traits. "Yeah guys, we're totally the gods you were worshipping before! Just keep up the god-lovin'!"
but they're dead except for (possibly) vivec? btw u r my lorebro
but they're dead except for (possibly) vivec? btw u r my lorebro
Well, I mean, before the whole "Hey guys, remember when we proclaimed ourselves your new old gods? Yeah, well we're dead now. Except Vivec, he's run off to do his own thing and abandoned you guys to a horrendous pyroclastic death." thing. also thanks
The difference is that Shezzarine are literal Mantles of Lorkhan, essentially Lorkhan reincarnated into mortality, whereas the Tribunal stole Lorkhan's power by using the Heart. [editline]banana[/editline] Oh, and I apparently completely forgot the Anticipation part. The Anticipations are the 3 "good" Daedra that the Temple directly relates to the Tribunal, Boethia to Almalexia, Mephala to Vivec, and Azura to Sotha Sil. Anticipations have nothing to do with the whole Lorkhan/Shezzarine thing. Basically the story is that the Tribunal asked the Daedra to stop being dicks to the Dunmer, most said "no fuck you," but the 3 Anticipations said "ok" and so they did and basically swore loyalty to the Tribunal. That's all a load of horseshit though, as we know.
Sometimes I feel like playing Morrowind just so some of this can start making sense but it has aged so badly. In before "haha it doesn't make sense even if you played Morrowind"
You get more background lore like that from the in game books than any of the actual games anyway. [editline]banana[/editline] Like actually I'm pretty sure that bit I mentioned about the Anticipations is in a book literally titled "The Anticipations" or something yeah it is
Haha it doesn't make sense even if you played Morrowind
Only lousy N'wah can't understand morrowind.

Uthgerd is a fucking bad sport. Every time I try to brawl with her she pulls out a sword halfway through and gets ganked by everyone else in the bar for being a cheating piece of shit.
Uthgerd is a fucking bad sport. Every time I try to brawl with her she pulls out a sword halfway through and gets ganked by everyone else in the bar for being a cheating piece of shit.
congratulations on being the only person who still has the brawl bug in 2015
I don't know about these things, I just reinstalled it and downloaded a bunch of mods.
I keep seeing in patch notes that mods fixed brawl bugs on their active effects, but is there a Brawl Bug Fix mod I should be getting too? Never had it happen to me but it can't hurt to be sure.
Would be cool if Bethesda got the engine and willpower to make large scale battles so we could have a game where we fight the Thalmor instead of continuing the "you are the prisoner but now you are The Very Best" trope.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/MYaz149.jpg[/t] Experimenting with actor values, fortify shout is based on a 0-1 (0 being no cooldown, 1 being 100% cooldown) and not 0-100. Which is why the Talos necklace enchantment is 20% in grey (they could've easily fixed this) [editline]26th May 2015[/editline] another fuckup was a custom conjuration spell costed 20k mana, but it was casted using a script so it costed no mana but it gave me all the xp for a 20k mana spell
I don't know about these things, I just reinstalled it and downloaded a bunch of mods.

congratulations on being the only person who still has the brawl bug in 2015
It's an issue when you start with your weapon sheathed, straight up sloppy scripting/coding. You have to have a weapon out and unsheathed, and when the fight starts, a script will automatically put your weapon away, then all will be well and nobody will aggro with intent to kill you.
congratulations on being the only person who still has the brawl bug in 2015
Like in a "bad prophecy", when Bethesda started talking about brawling I just knew they would mess this shit up.

Smarter Combat Music is a broken pile of dick and I can't find any good, easy alternatives.
Actually, the way the music is designed to kick in, you're not supposed to hear it. In fact, you're only supposed to hear it whenever the enemies you encounter are higher level than you, indicating to you that you should run the fuck away or have a hard battle. I feel personally that the music also has this feeling in tone. He's a fix for the music btw, if you want it to be like Oblivion and have this epic music play whenever a mudcrab with 5 health shows up. also, dragon music is an exception and always plays.
The prisoner thing is sort of an Elder Scrolls staple, the only one you're not is Daggerfall but you start out in what is an abandoned prison in the lore from what I remember.
You're a prisoner in Daggerfall as well, actually. The emperor pardons you right before the game starts, in exchange for being his agent.
You're a prisoner in Daggerfall as well, actually. The emperor pardons you right before the game starts, in exchange for being his agent.
I don't remember this but I haven't played much daggerfall.
You seem to know your way around modding. Have you been thinking about removing magic from mages?
Fortunate for you and me, there is already a mod that removes magic from pretty much everyone except for magical creatures. you can find that mod here
Right now I feel like doing a balls to the wall play through with the most lore breaking, immersion breaking and just generally fucking weird mods out there. Anyone got any recommendations?
