Man, ESO might not be much fun, but the level desingers did a hell of a job.

but they sure fucked up the designs of armour, races, monsters, buildings (ok, buildings aren't too terrible, They're just in silly MMO proportions)

The game has a slightly stylized look, stylization is a good way to work around the graphical limitations that come with being an MMO.
Also the beast races look their best in ESO imo, I'm hoping the next game has a mix between Skyrim style beast races and Online style.
I just bought Oblivion GOTY Deluxe, what are the essential mods for a first playthrough?
i would play it first completely vanilla, no mods. maybe the unofficial patches but that's it
I'm not really feeling Extensive Follower Framework. Don't get me wrong, the companion wheel is great, but my followers don't seem to anything. I have them set to agressive, but when we're surrounded by wolves they don't ever do anything. They just stand there and get attacked and maybe sometimes they'll join in the fight.

You're sure that's not just vanilla brilliant AI? I've seen that happen sometimes.

Nope, its EFF. I can distinctly remember followers using the vanilla framework actually rushed into a fight instead of waiting for you to lead them to it.

I dunno, you can pretty safely use Darnified UI. It's like SkyUI in that the improvement is enormous, it has no side effects and the chance you'd prefer vanilla are pretty close to zero.

in Vanilla, followers can get stuck on bad navigation meshes (there are many), certain kinds of objects, and a few spots where the game's geometry and physics just don't get a long.
If none of the above criteria applies, though, they're more than happy to rush headlong at a Draugr Murderboss Deathlord o' Doom while you're attempting to sneak past him to avoid 10 minutes of standing still eating cheese wheels and clicking M1.
So, I never played an Elder Scrolls game and I want to start playing them, is Morrowind a good starting point? I'm aware is one of those old games that takes a while to adapt, not much of an issue. Anything else I should be aware ?

Combat's the only real problem you should be having if any at all. Everything else about Morrowind is pretty stellar and the RNG combat is something you get used to after a while, but it can be pretty tedious if you're not patient. I'm not sure if you should try to mod it out since it can cause some pretty huge balance issues considering the fact that you don't need to level up weapon skills anymore.

I will try playing the game without any mods if possible. Later I will see about mods that focus in fixing the game or just improves it. Any "must-have" mod in mind that fills that category?

Problems with morrowind
1- Combat (hit that FUCKING mudcrab already)
2- Movement. You're slow. Really slow. you can eventually fix that, but not for a while.
3- Suddenly becoming frozen when you reach the weight limit. It doesn't sound too bad until you realise how many enemies have long term techniques that lower your weight limit (such a spell is useless when used against others though) On the plus side, you'l probably wear a big stupid purple robe over everything to counter this, which ruins your looks.
4- There's heavy fog everywhere, which makes finding landmarks far more difficult.
5- you'l eventually get to a point in the game where everyone's offering a ridiculous amount of dialogue options. Everyone. Almost the entirety are generic things you've read before. Also people explain everything in huge paragraphs. (though this game has the best writing as well as some of the worst. The story is much better written than later games, just don't ask anyone about their profession. )

A lot of purists here will recommend playing morrowind vanilla but honestly I'd just install MSGO right away. It's lore friendly, sticks to morrowinds art direction more or less, and generally just improves the graphics by a huge degree.
It's a bit of an involved install (you often need to alter the "last-modified" date on the games archives for some texture mods to work) but it will just improve the overall morrowind experience right out of the box with semi-modernized graphics.
Is there a way to reset perks on Skyrim?
I'm nervous to spend any, since I may regret it later. Specially on smithing, since the perk will go obsolete when I can unlock the next level perk on that tree.
well considering you need the previous perk to unlock the later ones, there's no way you can just skip perks.

Oh, really?
Well then, I guess I'm using my perks.
But is there any way I can reset them in the future? Or make it so I can gain perk points indefinitely?

There really isnt any reason to play Morrowind vanilla when you have MGSO which pretties some things up and also comes with essential bug fixes.
You can't exactly reset perks, nor can you bypass perks, but once you reach level 100 with a skill you can do a "legendary run" of it, which returns you all your perks from said skill tree, but resets it to level 15.
I actually have a question about skyrim. If I level up a skill without ever spending perks into the tree, will it matter, much like in oblivion or morrowind where the damage you dealt and types of attacks depended on how high leveled that skill was?
It does have an effect, but it's pretty minor on it's own.
It does have an effect, but it's pretty minor on it's own.
it has a huge effect on the damage and armor value of your gear.
it has a huge effect on the damage and armor value of your gear.
not really tbh
At 100 skill it's a 50% increase in damage/armor.
To contrast, the highest level of the damage/armor increase perks all give 100% increase, and of course many of the other perks give you useful bonuses as well, while the small increase in damage/armor is all you get from the skill rating.
So, in other words, there's an effect from increasing just your skill, but it's relatively pretty minor.

A mod to prevent getting attacked at level 1 by an NPC from an expansion that's supposed to be installed after you finish the main quest.
I fucking love Oblivion and its soundtrack, but I just can't bear playing it anymore. It feels too outdated.

Actually, there's a perk reset that you unlock at the end of the Dragonborn DLC. Costs one dragon soul per tree you reset, although I'm not sure how it ends up working with modded perk trees.
I got a new graphics card (gtx 970) and I wanna pump skyrim to the max, show me some fancy ENBS/graphical mods pls.
If mehrunes dagon won, would he of ruled over tamriel with mankar camoran and the mythic dawn? or was dagon just using them to do his bidding in the mortal realm and would have probably just killed them off in the end ala sauron and saruman in lotr?

Probably LotR.

Mehrunes Dagon's thing is breaking stuff. He'd have broken as much stuff as he could before someone managed to send him back, and probably killed a lot of people.
[sp]in Michael Kirkbride lore land, Mehrunes used to be something much more powerful known as the Leaper Demon King, until he tried to screw with the cycle of Alduin eating the world so it could be restarted by hiding away bits of it where Alduin couldn't find them. When Alduin found out, he cursed Mehrunes into his current state until he could find and destroy everything he'd hidden.[/sp]

Dragonborn confirmed 100000x stronger than Mehrunes Dagon, considering how easy Alduin is
