I say we have a race. First one from the spawn to the fortress gets to become a dwarf.
We'd have to organize a time and a date and everything though.

That'll be difficult.
Though, I do have an idea. Perhaps a second dwarf hold on the mainland, and we can connect them with big tunnels to the island.
That way, we won't be so pact with players in one little area and competing for resources too much.
I suggest the mountainous peninsula north of us at x 270, z -2500.
I know it's a long way, but we've already found a lot of ravines and caves already leading in that direction. It'll be one helluva mega project to make a huge tunnel there.
Could I be re-whitelisted?

Would you mind bringing them back, along with their contents? I was working on doing the furnace halls, and I needed all that damn stuff. To log in with them vanished right next to me was a bit annoyin'.
I think BigBadWilly is fucking things up around the dwarven fortress. Almost the entire floor is missing from the main hall, all of the stone outside has been replaced with grass and dirt, he's put up lots of bullshitty signs here and there, and god knows what else he's done. I tried talking to him in-game but he's not responding to anything I say.
Time for a ban, Zephyrs?

Yeah, he's been standing AFK for a couple of hours now, standing in the exact same place.
Performed a 24 hour rollback on his actions, and banned. Note that if people did stuff on top of what he did, it might cause some minor hiccups, but I trust that that won't be too big of a hassle to fix.
As an aside, I didn't exclude entity kills from that rollback, so there's plenty of random hostiles in the fort.
Well apparently monsters have started spawning in the Dwarven Fortress. Keep a sword on you at all times I guess lol

Cows are divas. The trouble I had bringing cows into the community farm!!!
Whoever built that fort across the ravine from the Dwarven hold, it looks fucking awesome - just need to substitute that cobble for stonebrick and such.
Man, I spent so much time not dying on my island and escapades but the thing that does me in is a boat lagging into the shore and then somehow killing me from full health.
