Minecraft Facepunch Vanilla (Whitelisted)

I think I'm just going to set overviewer to run once a day. It's been rerendering sections that haven't had notable changes 10-15 times every day. It's using up an enormous amount of processing power for no real benefit. Especially now that people are traveling long distances between bases. For example a sheep eats a block of grass that instantly grows back while someone is traveling. That triggers a chunk update, which forces several hundred tiles to be processed. Repeat 4-5 times over the next 6 hours, and multiply that by it happening in a bunch of different locations. The render times are starting to balloon.

From what I've gathered, most people aren't studying the map for changes constantly anyways.

Since people were talking about it earlier in the day I went ahead and setup a TS3 server slot. The IP/port is 172.245.215.45:9989. To view the password, and other information, type /teamspeak ingame. Note that the TS3 server IP will be changing when I migrate it off the old VPS and onto the one that the minecraft server is hosted on. That will happen in a few weeks.

I don't really care what people do on the server, or if you invite friends. It doesn't have to be MineCraft related at all. If there's abuse, I'll lock down guest accounts and make a simple tag with the less restricted permissions.
