Some of these screenshots are almost too perfect in terms of timing. It can't just be a matter of pausing at the right time. Either they're manually positioning the models, or possibly (fingers crossed) Brawl contains some sort of replay editor where you can go back and forth in the timeline of a match and move the camera around.
