Daisy only stars in spin-offs, Rosalina has appeared in like, 4 games. They're terrible ideas for characters. You'd really have to reach for any potential movesets.

The Mario universe has too many characters that they use only in spinoffs and crap. They should make another Super Princess Peach that can do co-op (like NSMB Wii), and have Daisy as the partner, just so she's in something other than Mario Party.

Those characters actually have fighting experience and appear in an entire series of games. Rosalina appeared in the two Galaxy games as a character who doesn't do much, then in some spin-offs. She's no more eligible for a position then Toadsworth is.

Make E. Gadd a character. Put him in a mech or something.

Hell, Snake and Sanic aren't even Nintendo characters.

Hell, Snake and Sanic aren't even Nintendo characters.[/QUOTE] Most of those characters don't appear only in spin-offs, are either main characters in their franchise, 'retro' meaning they appear for nostalgia purposes or were purposely added because they wouldn't be expected while still being big players for Nintendo. There's literally no reason to add Rosalina or Daisy (or E. Gadd). No-one cares about them, there's nothing you can really do with them and at the end of the day, why add characters who need entire movesets made up when you can add people who aren't a 5th Mario character and add more to the game. I want to see characters whose series don't already have huge representation. All 3 newcomers are from series that had either no representation or non-character representation in Animal Crossing's case. As for a Nintendo Land stage, isn't the gimmick of that game that all the mini-games are based on Nintendo games? Either you end up with a copy of a copy or you take inspiration from the maybe 1% of Nintendo Land that isn't from another Nintendo game (or cut the middleman and just based a stage on the same thing Nintendo Land based their level on). I could see maybe that television thing being an assist trophy somehow but that's about it. tl;dr i am the fun vampire, i am sucking the fun out of this thread, god i need sometihng better to do
