My friend and I were playing Brawl, and the computers randomed Jigglypuff and Bowser. He chose random stage which brought us to eldin bridge. Fast forward about 8 minutes after bowser is dead and jiggly is almost dead too, she spawns with a smash ball. I said to my friend "Wouldn't it be funny if she did the glitch on bridge?" and he agreed. Suddenly, the bridge starts materializing and right before hope was lost, she used it and got almost at the peak of her size and got stuck there :v: TL;DR a computer Jigglypuff glitched herself huge

I never understood Jigglypuff's Final Smash. It would've been better for her to sing everyone to sleep and then draw on their faces or something, kinda like Peach's final smash with some flair.

There's the 3 Landmasters (Falco's is better in the air and Wolf's is all-round better but doesn't last as long,) the 2 PK Starstorms (Which are very subtly different,) the two Triforce Slashes (Which I believe to be exactly the same as each other,) and Super Sonic works very similarly to Volt Tackle.

I still don't understand Jigglypuff being in Smash, period. Her only significance was a running gag in the first series of the the Pokemon anime. It's like they put her in the first one as a ha ha joke but then they just kept her in future titles because "why the hell not". Unless there is some underlying factor where Jigglypuff is the most popular Pokemon ever in Japan besides Pikachu, but I don't really think that's plausible. Don't get me wrong, I love playing as Jigglypuff, but why?

I do believe Jigglypuff has always been very popular in Japan, though, which might explain it.

Jigglypuff is a surprisingly fleshed out pokemon compared to around ~600 others which have about as much characterisation as the gravity gun from HL2.

Don't get me wrong, I love playing as Jigglypuff, but why?[/QUOTE] Only thing I don't like about Jigglypuff is her moveset. Sure, the signature Rollout can be very effective. But all the time? No. And her Side-B, literally a punch (Pound, in Pokemon, if you want to be technical) that has a cooldown making it much less efficient than a normal attack. Then there's the Sing move, Up-B, which is a cool concept but it isn't executed well because you need to be right next to the person to use it, and even then the delay makes it extremely risky to use anyway. On top of that, the effect lasts for about a second after you're done using the move, and they get up giving you just enough time to make a small attack, shield, or run away. Jigglypuff's Down-B, Rest (the move which does absolutely nothing unless you do it as you land directly on a character and time it [B]perfectly[/B] right, in which case that character is KOed) is cool, but way too risky to be practical in a fight. I've got no complaints about the Final Smash, it's pretty good and looks cool. But other than that, most of the other characters are not only more effective fighters, but more fun to use (unless you enjoy using Roll-out over and over again and seeing if you don't get dominated when using Jigglypuff's other moves).
