she looks worse for a few different reasons, #1 is they apparently aren't too focused on animating her face well. second she's got that early 2000s CG shine all over...which doesn't help her arms and legs being large tubes i think they may have been way rushed to make a model, 'cause it looks pretty awkward still i think the SSB4 model won't change, considering it's the Wii Fit Trainer, not the WFU

For those who have Project M, what are some of the downsides? Can you still catch items with just the A button like in Brawl, or do they make you do the dodge+z bullshit like in Melee? Is chaingrabbing reintroduced because chaingrabbing is fucking bullshit. I ask because I currently have Brawl Minus installed and I'm thinking of installing Project M for the new characters.

I'm fairly certain most chaingrabs are still preserved, the only throws that got changed were Snake's (they have a fixed knockback, making it easier to throw people into C4 and landmines) and the characters who simply got overhauled in general like Wario.

If you hated Melee mechanics like chaingrabs, phantom hits, wavedashes and all that jazz, don't even bother with Project M.

I liked melee a ton, but I suck with everybody except Dr. Mario :v: On that note, I'm pretty beast at brawl. Maybe I just suck at faster fighting games?

I think the whole argument over brawl vs melee is dumb. The only thing that really sucks is the tripping in Brawl. I like Brawl better though because the higher air control, lower gravity, and added character variety, although I wouldn't say it's "better" than melee

I prefer brawl because Mr game & watch sucks ass in melee

The wii fit u trainer looks much creepier than her original look.

Sure, I like the original design better. But it has nothing to do with Smash Bros. It's literally Wii Fit U. Anyway, in response to the new development of Project M characters being able to take nonexisting slots, I think I'd like to be a character.

Does anyone have any idea why the "game set" and "time up" lines that the announcer says are exclusive to the Japanese version of Melee and Brawl? Does it have something to do with those lines making more sense to the Japanese gamers than just "game" and "time"?

Imagine this; Figma or another big figure manufacturer gets tasked with creating a figure line for the next smash bros game, creating figures for either all or the most important characters. How great would it be to have all your favorite fighters on your shelf that actually fit together in style and size? What do you think? Project M is fun, especially when it doesn't just do what Melee did. The new movesets for the individual Pokemon trainer Pokemon are amazing, Wario's new moves make the inner fanboy in me squeal in delight. Anyways, I wonder if, supposing Pokemon Trainer returns in 4, they turn his final smash into giving Charizard his mega evolution stone, and Squirtle + Ivysaur get Eviolite (item that makes unevolved Pokemon stronger). It'd be neat, imo.

That's pretty impressive work you've done there. You should see if you can get that "Clone Engine" that the Project M guys made so you can add Waluigi without removing anyone.

I have send a message to see if we can come to an agreement but I'm 100% sure they'll ignore me, they didn't want me apart of there team.
