No thanks. Marth has been in a lot more games, is the face of Fire Emblem and already looks girly enough in his Smash incarnation.

The fact people think Awakening deserves more than 1 character is shocking to me, there are so many great characters in Fire Emblem games, having literal nobodies like Frederick or Tharja would be awful. That's like if I asked for Jeigan or Marcus. Who are they? Exactly.

I'd rather have Lyn, Ike or Roy before Chrom AND Lucina replacing Marth.

But if you asked for Jeigan and Marcus, you'd have two look-a-likes.

I threw Robin on there to have something different from Fire Emblem, all the FE characters we've had so far have all just been sword users, when FE has Magic, Axes, Lances, bows ect.

So why not Ephriam or Caeda or Micaiah or some other recognizable character?

I have a feeling that if we do get another Fire Emblem character, it will be a recurring character like Tiki or Anna.

well the pro's of the wii u version are:
- HD
- local mutiplayer without needing your friends to buy the game
- more variety in control options, and (in my opinion) better controls overall
- exclusive maps

pro's of the 3DS version:
- portability
- multiplayer with other friends who have the game without being confined to a console
- also exclusive maps

there isn't really a right answer, just buy whichever one(s) you think you'll be able to get the most out of

Oh boy! The little things are always the best! Maybe his horizontal floatiness is increased too by that change.

He needs to recover his second jump if he gets hit after using it. That's what he needs. His up+B is fine, especially with the boost that it gets in Brawl, the problem occurs if he uses his super meteor cancelling second jump and then gets hit off the stage when it's ended (or when he attacks out of it), he's completely helpless.

They just need to fix it so that he can cancel his roll move more easily (both in the air and on the ground). That way it can be used to gain distance on enemies quickly and you won't accidentally suicide with it a lot.

People talk about character balance but the real thing they failed at in Brawl was moveset balance. A lot of moves for certain characters were damn near completely useless and some of them were extremely overpowered (Pit's forward+B and Meta Knight's tornado for instance)

Also I'd like to ask, why do so many think that Snake will be removed? If you remember the characters that got removed between Melee and Brawl, it was 4 clones and the worst character in the game. Snake is a great, unique character and a LOT of people would be upset if he was removed.

Mostly because Snake is an extreme wild card who's chances are heavily reliant on the friendship between two game developers. Snake is like a house of cards. There's so many things that could knock over his chances. For example, Sakurai deciding that three third parties is too much and going for Sonic, who is slightly more iconic than Snake. Or perhaps some executive at Nintendo deciding that he doesn't like how the new Metal Gear isn't going to be on a Nintendo system. So he declares no snakes allowed as a result. That's pretty much what I think about this whole Snake situation.
