Waluigi is a much more unique character that allows for much more unique possibilities than Daisy.

Daisy at least had some importance in Super Mario Land. Waluigi has literally been in nothing but spin-offs. Even in the one title where he was the main antagonist, it was a Mario-themed DDR spin-off.

It's a modification of Brawl that changes lots of things to be more like Melee. What's neat about it is that you don't need to hack your Wii, all you need is a legit copy of Brawl and an 2gig SD card.

There's a Japanese version too. PAL is the only version that gets left out.

Mainly because it's way easier to maintain a single coherent codebase than to maintain two simultaneously.

It's unfortunate for PAL players but it allows the team to work more efficiently on making progress overall before they ultimately port it to the PAL version.
